The company has continued to build upon the contacts and connections that have been made within the local community and this has enabled us to achieve our aim of delivering our services to those most in need. We have worked alongside local councils, charities, medical practitioners, housing associations and private families to offer practical hands-on support to people throughout Norfolk who have been struggling with the impact of excess clutter in their homes. As part of our service we have cleared properties following bereavements, helped people who are downsizing reduce their possessions so they can move into more suitable accommodation and provided practical support on moving day itself to transport belongings from old home to new. We have also helped clear properties so people can return home from hospital to a safer and more habitable home environment and assisted people to reduce trip hazards and fire risks throughout their homes. Aswell as short-term interventions we have continued to offer on-going support to local clients to help them to keep on top of their clutter and also extended this to help with other tasks around the home that they may be struggling with such as bed making and laundry. We have helped clients who have been struggling to cope either through ill health, advancing age or mental health issues to reclaim their living space and fulfil their goals for achieving the life they want to live. We have remained committed to working with a range of other professionals to provide the best level of service possible for our service users.
The main stakeholders are the service users who benefit from the activities we provide and they have not been consulted.
