Company activities and impact

The company provides residential support services for young females aged 16-18 years old, who may have experienced trauma, challenges with their mental health, and or at risk of exploitation. These young people are unable to live with their families due to the challenges outlined above and will be identified as looked after by the commissioning local authorities. The company has continued to provide support to vulnerable young females by offering a safe place to live while also connecting them with emotionally available adults. Staff support them with developing life skills for independence and access to relevant education providers. This provision encourages young people, helping them build their confidence and self-esteem to become integrated into their surrounding community and transition into independent living post 18.

Consultation with stakeholders

The company serves young people in the Bedfordshire area and the service users and other key stakeholders have been identified and consulted with on an ongoing basis to ensure the services provided are in line with the aims and objectives of the company.
