1. STATUTORY INFORMATION

Catrion Property Management Limited is a private company, limited by shares , registered in England and Wales. The company's registered number and registered office address can be found on the Company Information page.

2. ACCOUNTING POLICIES

Basis of preparing the financial statements
These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with Financial Reporting Standard 102 "The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland" including the provisions of Section 1A "Small Entities" and the Companies Act 2006. The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention.

3. EMPLOYEES AND DIRECTORS

The average number of employees during the year was NIL (2023 - NIL).

4. TANGIBLE FIXED ASSETS

The company owns the common areas of the Bell Trees Estate but it is considered to be of no significant value.

7. RELATED PARTY DISCLOSURES

All shareholders are the owners of the seven properties comprising Bell Trees and the income of the Company is from those shareholders equally for the upkeep and management of the common areas of the estate.

The Director is the sole owner of Cheveley Properties Ltd which owns one of the properties and is thus a shareholder and pays the annual management charges on the same basis as all other shareholders.

8. ULTIMATE CONTROLLING PARTY

No one person has ultimate control of the Company.
