Promoting an educational film on queer/trans hxstory in film festivals, fairs, conferences, schools & music festivals, that visibilises queer stories across the ages, to show that it is a universal, cross-cultural, ancient experience, not a new fleeting identity, enabling children & young people to see themselves represented and develop tools to advocate for their peers. Secured funding for an Arts Action Festival connecting artists, arts institutions to marginalised communities to amplify their voice & deepen meaningful social impact. Developed a Rooted Pedagogy programme that propagates community-centric, community-owned, community-targeted practice, building on the PhD published on our progressive methodologies the previous year. Advised dozens of marginalised artists & small organisations on how to meaningfully engaged disenfranchised communities & demographics by investing time, money, commitment & new approaches into platforming them. Trained marginalised-led social enterprises to better support each other using decentralised peer-support networks, improve their messaging & reach their natural early adopters by leveraging grassroots triage networks.
We have set up a stakeholder board model across two projects to enable key community figures with lived experience of the issues being targeted can input on project design, communication, delivery & evaluation. They will inform ethical & ethical ways to capture feedback from the hardest-to-reach freelance artists, workshop participants & general audiences, to multiply learning during project delivery. We are marginalised-led and have implemented new continuous evaluation mechanisms to ensure individual & collective wellbeing are centred in project management & raised funding to pay for therapy for marginalised core & project staff to ensure longitudinal participation in hard working creative industries during underfunded times is viable.
The total amount paid or receivable by directors in respect of qualifying services was £11,442. There were no other transactions or arrangements in connection with the remuneration of directors, or compensation for director’s loss of office, which require to be disclosed.
No transfer of assets other than for full consideration
