COMMUNITY INTEREST ANNUAL REPORT

KEHELLAND COMMUNITY INTEREST COMPANY

Company Number: 10143940 (England and Wales)

Year Ending: 30 April 2024

Company activities and impact

Progress on the agreement of terms and conditions to lease the church premises for community use remains slow, but are taking shape. The aim of the CIC is to be in a position to assist social facilities and functions and this still remains the position of the company. Until these terms have been agreed, we are limited in the activity of the CIC.

Consultation with stakeholders

The Community has been made aware that the lease is progressing and nearing competition through social media and updates at events held at the chapel. Once the lease is completed there will be much more activity making the community aware that the chapel is available for community use.

Directors' remuneration

No remuneration was received

Transfer of assets

No transfer of assets other than for full consideration
