Impact Matters CIC activities this year included co production and user voice work, programme evaluation, Digital technology support and Outcomes Star training and support. We continued to develop our co-production work – supporting organisations to work toward meaningful co-production and enabling service users to be involved in the making and shaping of the services they want. We supported organisations to effectively work in partnership with families using the Outcomes Star tools. As a licensed trainer for Outcomes Star, we delivered training and ongoing support for practitioners working with vulnerable families. We worked with partners to evidence the outcomes of family support and provide regular outcomes focussed reports for commissioners and funders. We supported third sector organisations to make the most of digital technologies – harnessing their digital skills and capacity to support their activities and respond effectively to the changing needs of service users. We have continued to support organisations to develop their online presence with blogs, newsletters, restructuring websites and providing digital learning platforms. We supported several organisations to showcase their work and their impact including effective use of multimedia; infograms, augmented reality, video and video scribes.
Impact Matters CIC stakeholders are community members, community organisations and public services in the areas in which we work. We consult widely with our stakeholders to establish needs and develop collective responses to these. We consulted with stakeholders through partnership meetings and events and through our ongoing co-production activities. Our participatory approach provides an effective feedback mechanism to ensure the work we do is responsive to the needs of our stakeholders. Feedback has enabled us to identify key challenges for community members and community organisations that Impact Matters seeks to address in its work.
The total amount paid or receivable by directors in respect of qualifying services was £24,000. There were no other transactions or arrangements in connection with the remuneration of directors, or compensation for director’s loss of office, which require to be disclosed.
