Company activities and impact

This Community Interest Company is a UK based, Europe and international wide youth organisaiton. We opened in 2017. During the financial year of 2023 - 2024, we were successful in 2, 5 year long Horizon Europe projects. This now funds a small group of part-time staff to deliver our youth engagement work across Europe. We started one of these projects during this time, with Unviersity of Utrecht, Youth GEMs. As well as this we also worked with the World Health Organisation, to finish off some work on youth engagement, policy and research. - We engaged with approximatly 150 young people from across Europe using various services, both online and in-person. - We worked with 10 volunteers through the year, enable them to develop their skills and their experiences.

Consultation with stakeholders

The company’s stakeholders are young people across Europe, parents and professionals that work with young people. We run regular opportunities for ongoing feedback and engagement in the work we are delivering. As well as that, we also run a yearly focus group for ALL stakeholders, online to influence the next years work and positive changes for us to make in our work. Over the year, we have around 350 individual feedback forms filled in, then at the online event, we had 34. As well as this, we have a board of Trustees, all of whom, are also stakeholders in the work we do, who advise and support us in an ongoing basis.

Directors' remuneration

The total amount paid or receivable by directors in respect of qualifying services was £15,000. There were no other transactions or arrangements in connection with the remuneration of directors, or compensation for director’s loss of office, which require to be disclosed.
