COMMUNITY INTEREST ANNUAL REPORT

EXPERIMENTAL EXPERIENCE C.I.C.

Company Number: 08990528 (England and Wales)

Year Ending: 30 April 2024

Company activities and impact

Developed the film script collectively written by a collective of marginalised artists the previous year. Pitched for the production of the film to break stigma & stereotypes of queer, trans, migrant & sex worker communities. Advocated for production agreements that protect the creative voice of the participants if the film gets funded & secures career entry points for the original artists to take part in creative & production roles across a film set. This will lead to more sustainable participation in the film industry by demographics with little access to mainstream film opportunities.

Consultation with stakeholders

Marginalised members are consulted on the development of the script as per a Screenwriter’s contract & consulted on pitching targets & negotiations around their agency & involvement in the film making process.

Directors' remuneration

The total amount paid or receivable by directors in respect of qualifying services was £6,700. There were no other transactions or arrangements in connection with the remuneration of directors, or compensation for director’s loss of office, which require to be disclosed.

Transfer of assets

No transfer of assets other than for full consideration
