All shareholders are the owners of the seven properties comprising Bell Trees and the income of the Company is from those shareholders equally for the upkeep and management of the common areas of the estate. |
The Director is the sole owner of Cheveley Properties Ltd which owns one of the properties and is thus a shareholder and pays the annual management charges on the same basis as all other shareholders. |
