These financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2017 are the first financial statements of Spacemid Property Limited that comply with FRS 102 The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland. The date of transition to FRS 102 was 1 April 2015. |

Turnover represents contributions from members towards property management expenses. |
