The establishment and support of arts and creativity activities based at Furnace Brook The provision of support to rural micro enterprises based either at Furnace Brook or in the nearby locality Managing the land and lakes at Furnace Brook in order create a sustainable ‘naturally inspiring’ place for visiting individuals and organisations. Onsite research activities regarding various facets of sustainable living and working, including partnership work in the connected areas of soil enrichment and rewilding
The company’s Stakeholders consist of (a) organisations working to support local community health & resilience and (b) organisations developing models for ecosystem restoration. Consultation with stakeholders is an imbedded part of all ongoing partnered working. During the year continuing financial support was provided to a rural enterprise focused on equine assisted woodland management.
