2Off balance sheet arrangements
The company borrowed £2826.49 from Andrew Craig in October 2023 to pay for the building insurance for 55 - 59 Beauchamp Road and cover administration costs.

Five number shareholders transferred £471.08 into Andrew Craig's personal account to cover their share of the costs incurred.
