The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with FRS 105 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime'.
Going concern
Notwithstanding that the Balance Sheet at 31 January 2024 shows that the company has net current liabilities, the accounts have been prepared on the going concern basis as the director believes that the company has access to funding to meet the short term liabilities of the company.The director does not consider that the presentation would be different on an alternative basis.
