1. STATUTORY INFORMATION

Heeley Shields Property Management Ltd is a private company, limited by shares , registered in England and Wales. The company's registered number and registered office address can be found on the Company Information page.

The presentation currency of the financial statements is the Pound Sterling (£).


2. ACCOUNTING POLICIES

Basis of preparing the financial statements
These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with Financial Reporting Standard 102 "The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland" including the provisions of Section 1A "Small Entities" and the Companies Act 2006. The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention.

Turnover
Turnover is measured at the fair value of the consideration received or receivable.

Investment property
Investment property is shown at most recent valuation. Any aggregate surplus or deficit arising from changes in fair value is recognised in profit or loss.

Financial instruments
Basic financial assets, which include debtors and cash and bank balances, are initially measured at transaction price including transaction costs and are subsequently carried at amortised cost using the effective interest method unless the arrangement constitutes a financing transaction, where the transaction is measured at the present value of the future receipts discounted at a market rate of interest. Financial assets classified as receivable within one year are not amortised.

Taxation
Taxation for the year comprises current and deferred tax. Tax is recognised in the Statement of Income and Retained Earnings, except to the extent that it relates to items recognised in other comprehensive income or directly in equity.

Current or deferred taxation assets and liabilities are not discounted.

Current tax is recognised at the amount of tax payable using the tax rates and laws that have been enacted or substantively enacted by the balance sheet date.

Going concern
The financial statements have been prepared on the going concern concept. This assumes that the company will achieve a profitable level of trading and will continue to enjoy the support of it's bankers and creditors. The financial statements do not account for any adjustments that would be required if the company was unable to achieve these objectives.

The average number of employees during the year was 1 (2023 - 2 ) .

9. DIRECTOR'S ADVANCES, CREDITS AND GUARANTEES

During the year the director operated a loan with the company with no fixed terms of repayment or interest. Amounts advanced during the year were £16,837 (2023 - £16,837) and repayments during the year were £16,837 (2023 - £21,869). At the year end the amount owing to the company was £16,837 (2023 - £16,837).

10. RELATED PARTY DISCLOSURES

Including within other loans is a balance of £572,793 (2023: £570,893) owing to a company under the control of the director. There are no fixed repayment terms or interest charged on this loan.
