In order to assist you to fulfil your duties under the Companies Act 2006, we have prepared for your approval the accounts of Cedarwood Land & Homes Ltd for the period ended 30 June 2024 as set out on pages 3 to 4 from the company's accounting records and from information and explanations you have given us.

The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with FRS 105 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime'.

The financial statements are presented in sterling which is the functional currency of the company.

The average number of persons employed by the company (including the director) during the period, was 0.

For the financial period ending 30 June 2024 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

Director's responsibilities:

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its accounts for the period in question in accordance with section 476; and

The director acknowledges their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
