The company aims to deliver up to 52 sessions of Roller Skating sessions and discos to the local community in the next 12 months with the following goals. To improve overall health and fitness levels in, to offer another activity option into the local and wider communities, bolstering the need for social inclusion, communication skills among peers and bringing together like minded young people and tackling anti - social behaviour. Since our establishment on 16th May 2023, we have secured funding with The National Lottery Awards for all, signed a rental agreement with a local community centre to use their hall for the delivery of roller skating discos. We have procured roller skates, skate aids, protective padding and helmets. We have received donations of music equipment and lighting from a local DJ. We have public liability and employer liability in place ready for our planned opening on 21st June 2024. We have set up a business account with Makro (Booker) so that we can provide refreshments at each session. Our advertising campaign has begun this month using digital media and leaflet drops.
