Activities: Running workshops and providing one-to-one mentoring sessions to improve the mental and emotional wellbeing of unemployed, disadvantaged or low income women who have experienced domestic violence, abuse, adversity or extreme life experiences, by helping them overcome their barriers and process their trauma, and gain confidence towards a more fulfilling life. Providing support to unemployed women by offering a safe space in Job Centres & Job Fairs for women to discuss their employment and other issues which prevent them from moving forward in their lives. Benefit to the community: Improving mental health for the individuals, their families and communities. Reducing barriers to towards employment and training. Increasing confidence and self-esteem
Unemployed women, job coaches, funders, volunteers are regarded as stakeholders. There has been no formal consultation however informal feedback has been received and implemented.
