Cyclical repairs and maintenance |
The company does not provide for liabilities that are not contracted for at the year end. Consequently, repairs and maintenance costs incurred are charged to the profit and loss account when incurred. |

Any surpluses will be applied solely for the benefit of the flat owners. |
