    Basis of measurement and preparation

    These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Section 1A (Small Entities) of Financial Reporting Standard 102

    Turnover policy

    Service charges are levied from property owners in advance of anticipated maintenance expenditures. Amounts levied in excess of current period expenditures are held in reserves as a liability and released to income when utilised.
