COMMUNITY INTEREST ANNUAL REPORT

RE-IMAGINE ME CIC

Company Number: 11977050 (England and Wales)

Year Ending: 31 May 2024

Company activities and impact

This year our focus has been to spread the delivery of our service across the north of Solihull. We found that our delivery being in only two venues was a barrier to people accessing the service. We now deliver in five difference venues across north Solihull. Due to the north/south divide in the borough, it makes sense to stay concentrated in the north. this has made the service more inclusive and has increased visibility as we operate in family hubs too. We continue to concetrate on anxiety management support but have increased our 1:1 mental health delivery. This has been impactful for people in work full time.

Consultation with stakeholders

We have consulted with the community prior to every project delivered in this financial year to ascertain the need for particular projects. We have bi-monthly service user forum that staff do not sit on. This enables service users to inform us of what works best and the needs of the community. We are part of the mental health collective which is a group of 100+ organisations in Birmingham and Solihull. We are in regular contact around consultations about local need. We also consult with the Community Development Team at Solihull Council. They have been very supportive of us both developmentally as an organisation but also to further our reach within the community in terms of building networks and working collaboratively.
