For the year ending 22 February 2024 the company was entitled to exemption under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.

5. Fixed investments

Investment property comprises Leasehold Building. The fair value of the investment has been arrived at on the basis of a valuation carried out on the 21st February 2024 by the director. The valuation was made on an open market value basis by reference to market evidence of transaction prices for similar properties.
