Chartered Certified Accountants Report To The Lessees/Owners Under The Landlord and Tenant Act 1985 (as amended by the Landlord and Tenant Act 1987) |
We have examined the statement of accounts of Denton Court Flat Management Ltd on pages 4 to 5 together with the management information as required by the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985 (as amended by the Landlord and Tenant Act 1987). |
It is our responsibility to form an opinion whether these accounts are a fair summary complying with the requirements of section 21(5) of the Landlord and Tenants Act 1985 (as amended by the Landlord and Tenant Act 1987) and are sufficiently supported by accounts, receipts and other documentation produced to us. |
