Wildcat Football. These sessions run weekly for girls aged between 6 and 12. No level of skill is required and the sessions are to make football enjoyable and fun and to increase female participation in the game. Ladies Walking Football . Sessions weekly for ladies to participate in football for fun. We also have a separate 3G court for ladies that want to play competitively and also teams available in the area to divert them to if they wish to take the next step. This includes a coffee morning. promoting mental health and healthy living. Men's Walking Football . Providing sessions for men of age of50 and above, keeping them active playing football as \Veil as socializing and meeting new people in a coffee morning setting where we promote good mental health and healthy living. Urban Games. Working in partnership with Telford and Wrekin Council during the school holidays to give local children from a variety of areas in Telford an opportunity to take part in structured sport sessions at no charge. Friday night football Youth clubs. Working in partnership with the Police and Safer Neighborhood team 1o provide six free of charge weekly footballing youth clubs across Telford. Holiday Hunger Activity. In partnership With Telford and Wrekin Council throughout the school holidays where children receive a free stadium tour, a game of football and a meal for zero cost for those who arc eligible and meet specified criteria. Sessions are fun, informative and also there to combat children missing meals, who would normally receive a free meal in school time. School Holiday camps. Structured paid football holiday camps available to all throughout school holidays. Often accessed by WOrking parents as a childcare facility. Disability football Academy. We run four disability football teams ranging from beginner to advanced. Players represent the club in tournaments representing equality in the game. Power chair football team We run a pov-,rcr chair football team participating in the National Power Chair League. AFC Telford Interface Football. Working in partnership weekly with the Interfaith Council to promote equality and diversity. Football sessions where different faith, religious and community groups come together to play football. AFC Telford food bank. We collect weekly donations which are directed to Telford Crisis Support. Football Birthday Parties. The package includes a stadium tour, football session and free tickets for all children as well as two free adult tickets. School links. We are continually working with primary and secondary schools to allow them access to all our facilities and coaching workforce. We also offer after-school clubs and PE sessions. SEN School links. As with the mainstream school links we are building good working relationships with special schools providing bespoke free coaching sessions and after-school clubs suited to ability and promoting inclusion and equality. AFC Telford Christmas kindness project. Every year we help disadvantaged families get the support they need by providing food parcels, extending this most recently to toys. This has proved to be a life line for many in the current difficult financial current. AFC Telford mini bucks. These weekly sessions are a unique program for children aged from three years old to 6 years old. Mental health football sessions in partnership with Support Elite at Home SEAH. Weekly football sessions and support group meetings tackling mental health Community outreach sessions. We provide a service every school holiday to local parish and town councils where our coaching workforce go out and deliver active structured sport sessions to kids in their parishes. LGBT friendly football sessions. All our projects and football sessions are LGBT friendly Mums Football. Weekly and designed for mums to come and have a kickabout with no pressure, promoting good mental health and healthy living. Dads football. Weekly and designed for dads to come and have a kickabout with no pressure. AfC Telford United Community Hub. We have our own dedicated community hub/classroom for all our projects to use as well as community groups and youth club activities Ladies team, Fans team, an academy With 14 boys and girls teams. Providing football kit to the community. To kit ou1 children from deprived backgrounds so they can participate in sport with the appropriate equipment. Also kit donated to a Polish charity that is helping refugees from Ukraine.
The company Stakeholders are residents and visitors of the local area, they are local builders and long term football fans of the club as well. The Directors of the company have lived in the area for a number of years and developed the business model for the club on their experience of talking to other residents.
