Our organisation, B8TS (Br8ke The Silence), is focused on supporting young males and adult males by addressing mental health challenges. We work with schools, local councils, and charities to provide workshops, mentorship, and safe spaces for men to openly discuss their struggles and find support. Our efforts aim to reduce stigma and create healthier communities by encouraging men to break the silence around mental health.
