In doing so, provide means to expand our services, such as therapeutic counselling and hire more staff to help support In spreading awareness and encourage more women to partake in benefiting from our organisations goals.

Company policy on disabled employees

Even though we have yet to hire new people we have put in place fair and equal treatment to all our future employees, promoting equity. We recognise the importance of providing an inclusive and supportive working environment where individuals regardless of their abilities, can thrive and contribute meaningfully to our mission. Thus in the future if we are fortunate enough to expand our staff through recruitment, we will ensure if any adjustment are required for our employees needs appropriate risk assessment will be carried out to ensure our staff are safe and empowered.
