She Beasts CIC is a community-driven social enterprise dedicated to empowering women and young females through sports, music, and creative development. Our mission is to support those who face barriers in mainstream academia by providing inclusive, accessible, and skills-focused programs that foster confidence, leadership, and career opportunities. Our work includes: Sports Programs – Encouraging participation in physical activities to promote health, resilience, and teamwork. Employment & Training Support – Helping women develop skills, access job opportunities, and gain confidence in the workforce. Community Engagement – Creating safe spaces where women can connect, collaborate, and build supportive networks. As a CIC, all our activities are designed to benefit the community, particularly young women from underrepresented backgrounds, ensuring they have the tools, support, and opportunities to thrive.
At She Beasts CIC, we actively engage with our stakeholders Non Exec Team and Board to ensure transparent governance, sustainable growth, and the success of our initiatives. We hold quarterly meetings. Governance & Compliance – Reviewing policies, impact measurement, and operational effectiveness. Business Growth & Development – Exploring funding opportunities, partnerships, and program expansions. Existing Projects & Impact – Evaluating the progress of ongoing programs and identifying areas for improvement. Community Feedback – Ensuring that our services remain relevant and responsive to the needs of the women we support. These consultations allow us to co-create solutions, strengthen collaborations, and refine our strategy, ensuring that She Beasts CIC continues to empower women and young females effectively.
