Inclusive Sports Academy CIC aims to give a wider range of people from within the community the opportunity to participate in sports suited to their needs and requirements. Sessions are facilitated across the borough of Solihull to ensure our target audiences are able to participate in healthy, positive, physical activity in a fun and safe environment. We ensure that young people are given the right guidance and opportunity to progress in a volunteering and coaching capacity.
There are a range of stakeholders for the company that include: participants (Young people in the community and adults with disabilities), parents, carers and funding representatives. Regular consultation with these groups of people takes place at suitable intervals throughout the year to ensure the programmes are accommodating the needs and requirements of the participants, and that we are able to adapt the delivery to be inclusive.
