As at 31 March 2024 an amount of £360,448 (2023 : £167,383) was due from Klas Developments Ltd, a company in which the director of the LLP member A.M. Construction (Southern) Ltd , A Martin, is a director. |
As at 31 March 2024 an amount of £156,439 (2023 : £156,527) was due from Klas Properties LLP, a partnership in which the LLP member A Martin is a member. |
As at 31 March 2024 an amount of £382,443 (2023 : £187,598) was due from S G W Investment Holdings Ltd, a company in which the director of the LLP member Wood & Company (Sussex) Ltd. S Wood, is a director and 100% shareholder. |
As at 31 March 2024 an amount of £115,983 (2023 : £120.083) was due from Martin Wood Investments Ltd, a company in which the directors of the LLP members were also directors and equal shareholders. |
As at 31 March 2024 an amount of £58,097 (2023 - £52,903 was due from Wood & Company (Sussex) Ltd. |

In accordance with the Companies Act 2006, the LLP is only required to file a Balance Sheet. Readers are cautioned that the Income Statement and certain other primary statements and the Report of the Members are not required to be filed with the Registrar of Companies. |
As described on the Balance Sheet you are responsible for the preparation of the financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2024 set out on pages one to seven and you consider that the LLP is exempt from an audit. |
