P & C Marshall are company directors and together have a direct interest in 100% of the company's equity share capital. The balance owed to P & C Marshall on the directors' loan account at 31 May 2024 was £225,181 (31 May 2023 £256,181) No interest has been charged on this outstanding amount.
For the year ending 31 May 2024 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
Directors responsiblities:
- The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its accounts for the year in question in accordance with section 476.
- The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
The financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
