The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the year ended 30 September 2024 in accordance with Section 476 of the Companies Act 2006
The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for:a) ensuring that the company keeps proper accounting records which comply with Sections 386 and 387 of the Companies Act 2006 and
b) preparing financial statements which give a true and fair view of the state of affairs of the company as at the end of
each financial year and of its profit or loss for each financial year in accordance with the requirements of Section
394 and 395 and which otherwise comply with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 relating to financial
statements, so far as applicable to the company.
In accordance with Section 444 of the Companies Act 2006, the Income Statement has not been delivered.
The financial statements have been prepared and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

1. Accounting policies
Basis of preparing the financial statements
These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of FRS102 Section 1A small
enterties. There were no material departures from that standard.
The principal accounting policies adopted in the preparation of these financial statements are set out below:
Basis of preparation of financial statements
Thes financial statements have been prepared under the going concern convention and assume the continuing
support of the directors who are the shareholders of the company.
Revenue recognition
Income represents the amount of rents received from residential properties during the period.
Property, plant and equipment
Freehold properties are stated at original cost of purchase, including acquisition costs and subsequent expenditure
of refurbishment and improvement.
Furniture and fittings are stated at cost, less depreciation.
Depreciation of furniture and fittings is provided at rates appropriate to write of the cost of the assets on a straight
line basis over five years.
Deferred taxation
Deferred taxation is provided on the liability method to take account of timing differences between the treatment of
certain items for accounts purposes and their treatment for tax purposes. Deferred taxation or accelerated
allowances is accounted for in respect of all material timing differences.
