Transactions with related parties
During the period the company loaned Aspinall Commercial Limited £100,000 (2023 - £100,000), Armley Park Developments Limited £549,352 (2023 - £549,352) and Orsecho Aspinall Limited £313,728 (2023 - £16,228). During the period the company received loans from Aspinall Holdings Ltd £5,000 (2023 - £5,000), Northern Property Partners Limited £56,300 (2023 - £56,300) a connected company and NPP Group Limited £18,700 (2023 - £18,700) a connected company. At the year end the Director was owed £5,450 (2023 - £5,450). All loans made and received are interest free and repayable on demand.
