Investment property is shown at most recent valuation. Any aggregate surplus or deficit arising from changes in fair value is recognised in profit or loss. |
Going concern |
The company meets its cash flow requirements through a loan from the directors who have confirmed that repayment of the loan will not be made until sufficient funds are available. The financial statements have therefore been prepared on a going concern basis and do not contain any adjustments that might have been necessary if the loan was not to continue at an appropriate level. |
