Director's Report for the Year Ended 28 September 2024
The director presents his report and the financial statements for the year ended 28 September 2024.
This report has been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006 and in accordance with FRS 105 The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime.
Principal activity
The principal activity of the company is the management of the common parts of the flats known as numbers 1 to 27 (odd numbers) (inclusive) and numbers 2 to 8 (even numbers) (inclusive) Gainsborough Road and numbers 18 to 48 (even numbers) (inclusive) Gainsborough Road, Hayes, Middlesex, UB4 8NZ, in accordance with the leases.
The company has no income or expenditure in its own right from which it derives economic benefit.
Whilst certain contracts are entered into in the name of the company, the execution of these contracts and settlement of the liabilities arising are made through a Statement of Account that does not form part of the annual accounts of the company and is not filed at Companies House. Service charges collected are held on trust for the purpose of meeting the relevant costs in relation to the property in accordance with the provisions of section 42 of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1987.

Going concern
The director has a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Thus he continues to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the annual financial statements.
