    Basis of measurement and preparation

    These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Section 1A (Small Entities) of Financial Reporting Standard 102

    Tangible fixed assets depreciation policy

    Tangible assets are included at cost less depreciation and impairment. Depreciation has been provided at the following rates in order to write off the assets over their estimated useful lives: Plant & machinery 20% Reducing Balance Motor vehicles 25% Reducing Balance

Company activities and impact

Our work has impacted on over 300 young people lives this year. The work remains focussed in the community of Stainforth, Doncaster. Our delivery takes place on an evening and weekend and is a mix of sport and boxing related activities. We work with some of the most deprived young people in the local community and give them a focus. We have worked with schools, communities and hard to reach groups within the year. Our work has contributed to reducing crime, improving health and supporting people into training and employment.

Consultation with stakeholders

The community and young people are the company’s stakeholders. All our work involves consulting with young people and the community, they help by sharing ideas and work with us to help shape the projects and initiatives we offer across our communities. We have a good relationship with funders who are very complementary of our work.
