The Stoneleigh and Auriol Neighbourhood Forum (SANF) has produced a Neighbourhood Plan, that by the end of the filing period was about to enter Regulation 14 Consultation with local residents and businesses. It is the aim of SANF to have a fully published Neighbourhood Plan, that forms part of the consultation process for any new developments within the designated area - the Wards of Stoneleigh and Auriol, within the Epsom & Ewell Council. The Neighbourhood plan, will sit below the Epsom & Ewell local plan and then national regulation and form part of the consultation on what is acceptable development within the local area.
A number of local events have been held, open to the local public and businesses, to consult on the draft policies being put forwards within the Neighbourhood Plan.
