Transactions with related parties
At the balance sheet date, an amount of £233,351 (2023 £238,8520) was owed by the company to Mr W J Southwell, the Director. The loan was interest free and no repayment terms have been agreed at the balance sheet date. At the balance sheet date, an amount of £277,063 (2023 £234,063) was owed by the company to WHY Project Management Ltd, a company of which Mr W J Southwell, is also a Director. The loan was interest free and no repayment terms have been agreed at the balance sheet date. At the balance sheet date, an amount of £1,990 (2023 £1,990) was owed by the company to Ms L Birch. The loan was interest free and no repayment terms have been agreed at the balance sheet date.
