Year Ending: 30 June 2024

Company activities and impact

NETAC held an annual conference which was well received by our target audience of psychotherapists, counsellers, social workers, mental health workers and coaches. The conference brought over 80 people from all over the country together. Our audience and local community benefited by networking with like-minded people, and gaining CPD hours. Also increased knowledge is then passed to their clients and their local communities. The well-being of delegates and presenters was a high priority and feedback reflects a positive change. We are very pleased with our second event and our great feedback.

Consultation with stakeholders

Feedback was collected and analysed after the event and changes implemented for our next event. Inclusion of a quiet room came as a result of feedback from the previous year. Positive feedback was circulated to presenters and hotel staff. Our website was updated and our social media platforms where updated. 52 feedback forms were received from both delegates and presenters, CPD certificates were sent on completion of the feedback form.

Directors' remuneration
