Stretford Paddock Football Club CIC was established to provide accessible and inclusive football opportunities for individuals in the Manchester community. The club aims to promote physical health, social cohesion, and youth development through sport. We have enhanced the local community by promoting physical activity for all ages and abilities, inclusivity, and social cohesion. Improved mental and physical well-being brings people together through matches, events, and volunteering opportunities. We equip young players with essential skills like teamwork and discipline while providing a platform for emerging talent. Stretford Paddock serves as a cornerstone of community enrichment, driving social, economic, and personal development. Community Benefit Activities Undertaken During the reporting period, the club has undertaken several activities to benefit the local community, including: Youth Development Programs: Coaching sessions for children and young people to encourage participation in football, improve skills, and foster teamwork. Adult Football Opportunities: Providing training and competitive matches for local players, promoting fitness and mental well-being. Community Outreach: Organising football events, school partnerships, and open training sessions to engage residents of all ages. Financial Assistance & Inclusion: Offering subsidised memberships and free training sessions for disadvantaged individuals. Volunteering & Employment Opportunities: Providing coaching and administrative roles for volunteers, helping them gain skills and experience in the sports industry.
Stretford Paddock FC holds regular meetings with committee to discuss progress and pressing matters. As club is owned by members, these are consulted and ask for feedback. Regular feedback is collected through surveys and meetings to ensure our services align with community needs. All actions taken are based on a majority vote for the betterment of the club
