The Company provides bespoke services to individuals who are autistic, have learning disabilities , exhibit challenging behaviour or have any other mental health conditions. Services provided by the Company cover the entire neurodiverse spectrum with no discrimination against any disorder or condition. The Company provides support to educational establishments to help the individual to achieve their educational goals. The Company aims to provide positive outcomes for people living with neurodisabilities. The Company aims to raise wider awareness of the issues involved with neurodisabilities and to promote acceptance and understanding. The Company provides safe spaces to avoid crises. During the year the Company has provided a commissioned service providing short breaks, outreach, inreach, training, supported living and crisis and respite services covering the four local authority areas of Durham, Darlington, North Tyneside and Northumberland.
The stakeholders of this Company are the families and carers of the people we support as well as the people with neurodisabilities themselves. There is continual on-going consultation with the regular issue of feedback forms and telephone consultations with stakeholders, this being part of the Care Quality Commission requirements.
