For the year ended 31/05/2023, the organisation has delivered the following activities: Wellbeing activities which benefited about 35 older people in the local area. The activities consisted of befriending, advocacy, and domestic support such as home cleaning, shopping, cooking and walking. The activities helped users improve their mental health, connection to the community and reduce their isolation and loneliness. Employment Skills training for 15 participants in interview technique, CV Building and support with job applications. The training improved participants employability chances. Six participants have secured part- and full-time employment.
The company’s stakeholders are people from the local areas who need training for employment, wellbeing support, cultural and art activities. All activities carried out by the company are the result of consultation works with the stakeholders who give their view on particular project and activities planning. We also involve them during activities to give their opinion on the impact a projects and possible activities adjustment. We do it by questionnaires forms that they fill in to give feed back Any feedback received is used to improve current project or planning for future activities. This helped the company delivers quality services for users.
