3. Directors Advances, Credits and Guarantees
Included within Debtors is a loan to the director of £4,422 (2023: included in Creditors was a loan from the director of £142). The loan is unsecured, interest free and repayable on demand.
For the period ending 30 September 2024 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
The member has not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
