Staff numbers

The average number of persons employed by the company (including directors) during the year, was 2 (2023 - 0).

The company holds the freehold of 85A, B and C Wellesley Road, Croydon, CR0 2AJ. The freehold was acquired from the Shareholders at nil cost. At the balance sheet date the freehold was valued by the Directors at £9,500. The company also acquired for £1 during a previous year, the long lease of 10A Lambton Road, Wimbledon, London SW20 0LR. At the balance sheet date, the directors valuation of the lease was £600,000. The directors are of the opinion that there is no change required to the market value of the freehold and leasehold interest at the balance sheet date.

For the financial year ending 30 June 2024 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its accounts for the year in question in accordance with section 476; and

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the micro entities regime and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime. As permitted by section 444 (5A) of the Companies Act 2006, the directors have not delivered to the registrar a copy of the Profit and Loss Account.
