4. | TANGIBLE FIXED ASSETS |
The company purchased the freehold property known as "Powell House" for £110,421 in February 2008. This was financed by each of the shareholders at that date providing an unsecured interest free loan of £7,887. The loans have no fixed date for repayment and are only likely to be repaid in the event of a future sale of the freehold property. The company has no plans to sell the freehold property. |
