The director is satisfied that the company is entitled to exemption from the requirement to obtain an audit under section 480 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to dormant companies.

The director acknowledges his responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
The accounts have been prepared and delivered in accordance with the special provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime. A profit and loss account has not been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.

1 Accounting policies
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention.
2 Tangible fixed assets
Land and buildings represents the cost of the freehold reversion £5,493. This is held in perpetuity for the benefit of the leaseholders of the property and accordingly is not depreciated.
3 Creditors
Creditors represents the sums introduced by the original leaseholders at the time the freehold reversion was purchased.
4 Other matters
Under the requirements of the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002, separate accounts are prepared for the service charges.
