Basis of preparing the financial statements |
The accounts show net liabilities at the balance sheet date. The director, who is its principal creditor, has reviewed the financial state of the company and is willing to continue to support it financially. The accounts are therefore prepared on a going concern basis. |

Turnover represents invoiced sales of services. The company is not registered for value added tax. |
