Basis of preparing the financial statements |
The company's balance sheet shows net current liabilities of £34,169 (2023: £319,483). The directors have indicated that they will continue to support the company for the foreseeable future should additional funding be required. On this basis, the financial statements have been prepared on the going concern basis. |

Turnover is measured at the fair value of the consideration received or receivable, excluding discounts, rebates, value added tax and other sales taxes. |
Taxation |
