Basis of preparing the financial statements
These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with Financial Reporting Standard 102 "The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland" including the provisions of Section 1A "Small Entities" and the Companies Act 2006. The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention.

Stocks
Stock is valued at the lower of cost and net realisable value.

11. RELATED PARTY DISCLOSURES

The company considers Woodland Property Development Limited to be a related party as Mrs Gupta-Chaudhary is a director and shareholder of that company.

During the period the company made a loan of £23,000 (2023 - £Nil) to Woodland Property Investment Limited.
