3. Prior Year Adjustment
The prior year balance sheet has been restated to decrease monies owed to the Director by £10,000 (shown within the Directors Loan Account), which had previously been categorised as dividends. The restatement reduces dividends in 2022-23 from £29,400 to £19,400, and decreases monies owed to the director from £3,385 to £6,615 being owed by the director. This was all repaid within 9 months of the year end so there were no tax implications.  There were no other adjustments made.

For the year ending 31 July 2024 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
The member has not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The director acknowledges her responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
