Company activities and impact

Wistanstow Under Fives provides Nursery provision for children aged 2 - 4 years old. Throughout the year we offer a safe, caring and supportive environment in which all children can begin to develop the early skills needed for a healthy life. For example, beginning to make their first friends and developing the early literacy and numeracy skills that will help them make the best start possible in school. As-well as a strong weekly routine offering specialist provision such as music and P.E, we have also regularly hold special days out or events at Nursery, such as Christmas trips out and end of term celebrations. Wistanstow Under Fives also provided wrap-around care, operating a Breakfast Club to allow parents to drop off children before 9:00am in order to help them

Consultation with stakeholders

The company's stakeholders are the local parents and children who use the Nursery provision. There is a regular dialogue between Nursery staff and parents to communicate how their children are settling in and getting on at Nursery. Aswell, as regular daily conversations, surveys are often used to gain parental feedback that informs the company of any need to improve or adapt services.

Directors' remuneration

The total amount paid or receivable by directors in respect of qualifying services was £28338. There were no other transactions or arrangements in connection with the remuneration of directors, or compensation for director’s loss of office, which require to be disclosed.
