1. STATUTORY INFORMATION

2. ACCOUNTING POLICIES

Basis of preparing the financial statements
These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with Financial Reporting Standard 102 "The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland" including the provisions of Section 1A "Small Entities" and the Companies Act 2006. The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention.

Depreciation of tangible assets
Provision is made for depreciation on all tangible assets, other than freehold land, at rates calculated to write off the cost of each asset over its expected useful life. In the case of freehold buildings, due to the maintenance policy of the company, it is considered that the estimated residual value of the building is equal to the cost, and therefore no depreciation has been charged in the accounts.
