The company commenced trading in the final quarter of the financial year. As a result, certain operational costs relating to the establishment and initial trading activities were incurred but not yet invoiced or settled by the year end. These costs are therefore not reflected as liabilities on the balance sheet but are expected to be recognised in the following financial period upon payment or invoicing.
