The aim has been to initiate and further develop existing projects that will support the community by identifying the need to address the issue of social isolation, to the cost of living, food poverty and Health issues, particularly addressing the issues of cardiac health plus other health issues impacting the community. Regular meetings and events have taken place that address the issues of social isolation, We have worked with other community organisations to address the issue of cost of living impacting single families by successfully applying for funding that will provide these families with regular fresh fruit and vegetables. We have established strong links with local agencies which include planning events in local parks and community spaces that will be open to all. On the health awareness initiatives, we recently linked in with a Hearts Charity and with medical professionals held a cardiac awareness event. Moving forward into 2025 /2026 it is the plan to further address health issues with guest speakers and professionals in that specific field . Plus, also awareness of other health issues impacting on individuals and support local campaigns on awareness Our Community reach has grown significantly via active Whats App groups, Web Page, Social media and email contact. Plus working with other Community groups where we all share information
We regular consult with the stakeholders, the Directors our partners in projects, funders and those e that attend our activities or those in receipt of support. The stakeholder evaluation is essential for the stakeholders to feed back not just for evaluation of the projects but also it assists with the further development of the JCFT projects.
