For the year ending 30 June 2024 the company was entitled to exemption under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

Company activities and impact

During the year we ran 2 street markets. One in June and one in November on St Peters street. We had approximately 30 stalls , all local artisans, which helps support the local business community and the local shops. Footfall to the street on the day of the market can reach 2500 people.

Consultation with stakeholders

the directors meet monthly for planning upcoming events. We arrange regular street meetings with our community.
