4. Prior Year Adjustment
The company transitioned to FRS 105, Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime, for the year ended 5 April 2024. As a result of this transition, the following adjustments were made to the prior year's financial statements:
Fixed asset investments and Investment properties have been restated at cost and fair value reserve removed, resulting in a decrease in shareholders funds of £31,330.

For the year ending 5 April 2024 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
The member has not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
