There has been consultation with our Advisory Board, which is made up of representatives from 5 different organisations: Plymouth Social Enterprise Network, Plymouth and Devon Racial Equality Council, Plymouth Octopus Project, Nudge Community Builders, and QueerOutLoud. Meetings are held four times a year, to steer WonderZoo in the right way. We have an advisory board for the Hidden Figures of Plymouth project, which includes representatives from organisations and individuals: The Box, Plymouth and Devon Racial Equality Council, Arts University Plymouth, Plymouth University, Nudge Community Builders, Jack Leslie Campaign. WonderZoo, Diversity Business Incubator, and others. We have been meeting once every 2 or 3 months to discuss the Hidden Figures of Plymouth project, and make changes where needed. We have given surveys and feedback forms to our service users, to get their view on the events we do and how their lives have been affected by the work WonderZoo does. From these surveys, we have adjusted our workshops to offer what is more popular and stop what is least popular.
£37,470 was paid during the year for the cost of services provided by the directors.
