Consultation with stakeholders

Peabody Housing Association have a stake in Dee Caf Community Cafe which is outlined by our SLA. However, they are not on the board of directors or shareholders in the company, this is solely, Tina Farrow. We have found another person to join the board at Dee Caf Community Cafe which is currently being discussed and processed. A quarterly report is submitted to Peabody, outlining what community projects we have had and how many people have benefitted from these projects. We consult on a regular basis with our customers what workshops and facilities they would like us to have, this is either through social media or often talking to them in person when they come into the cafe. All of the classes, events that are outlined in the previous section have been after talking to local people on the estate and customers.
