PRINCIPAL ACTIVITY |
The principal activity of the company in the year under review was that of managing the block of flats situated at Rectory Road and Rectory Green, Beckenham, Kent. |
The Company does not trade therefore no taxation is due on the results. |

Income is the contributions receivable from the leaseholders of the flats and other premises forming parts of the estate situated at Rectory Road and Rectory Green, Beckenham Kent. |

The freehold interest in the properties was purchased on 25th December 1983 and by Deed of Variation the leases were changed to 999 years from 99 Years. The company has decided not to calculate depreciation in relation to the "freehold interest" on the basis that this would be immaterial. |
