2. | PRIOR YEAR |
The prior year comparative figures have been restated. A property for £661,746 and it's costs have been included within fixed assets and costs, a bank account for £170,000 has been included within current assets and other creditors has increased by £831,746. |
The effects of the restatement is detailed below: |
Fixed assets were originally £35,877 which have been restated to £697,623. |
Current assets were originally £62,526 which have been restated to £232,526. |
Creditors were originally (£341,033) which have been restated to (£1,190,065). |
Capital and reserves were originally (£242,630) which have been restated to (£259,916). |
Loss for the year 2023 was originally (£66,475) has been restated to (£83,759). |

4. | DIRECTOR'S ADVANCES, CREDITS AND GUARANTEES |
Within other debtors is an amount owed from the director of £85,810 (2023: Credit balance £21,900) |

The company has future operating lease commitments of £264,417 (2023:£308,917). |
Pension contributions totalling £8,947 (2023: £7,064 ) were payable at the year end and included within other creditors. |

6. | GOING CONCERN |
The financial statements have been prepared on the going concern basis, notwithstanding net current liabilities. The director believes this to be appropriate as they believe that the company will be profitable. |
The director acknowledges her responsibilities for: |
(a) | ensuring that the company keeps accounting records which comply with Sections 386 and 387 of the Companies Act 2006 and |
(b) | preparing financial statements which give a true and fair view of the state of affairs of the company as at the end of each financial year and of its profit or loss for each financial year in accordance with the requirements of Sections 394 and 395 and which otherwise comply with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 relating to financial statements, so far as applicable to the company. |

In accordance with the Companies Act 2006, the company is only required to file a Balance Sheet. Readers are cautioned that the Income Statement is not required to be filed with the Registrar of Companies. |
As described on the Balance Sheet you are responsible for the preparation of the financial statements for the year ended 31 January 2024 set out on pages one to three and you consider that the company is exempt from an audit. |
