The principal activity of the company in the year under review was that of managing the block of flats situated at Rectory Road and Rectory Green, Beckenham, Kent.

The Company does not trade therefore no taxation is due on the results.

1. STATUTORY INFORMATION

2. ACCOUNTING POLICIES

Basis of preparing the financial statements
These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with Financial Reporting Standard 102 "The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland" including the provisions of Section 1A "Small Entities" and the Companies Act 2006. The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention.

Income
Income is the contributions receivable from the leaseholders of the flats and other premises forming parts of the estate situated at Rectory Road and Rectory Green, Beckenham Kent.

Tangible fixed assets
Depreciation is provided at the following annual rates in order to write off each asset over its estimated useful life.
Plant and machinery etc - 10% on cost

The freehold interest in the properties was purchased on 25th December 1983 and by Deed of Variation the leases were changed to 999 years from 99 Years. The company has decided not to calculate depreciation in relation to the "freehold interest" on the basis that this would be immaterial.
