Symmetry Housing CIC delivers homes to vulnerable people across a range of cohorts. Our aims are: 1.To provide excellent quality homes for society's most vulnerable people, at the lowest possible cost point for the residents, local authorities, as well as other key stakeholders. 2.To establish an innovative and well governed model for social housing. Our lease model has been stress tested and derisked by working with various strategic partners. In the financial year to June 2024, Symmetry Housing CIC continued to provide homes across the UK, while also taking a cautious approach when considering new leases due to the various factors causing financial uncertainty. For the coming year, symmetry continues to take that approach, whilst also building up its pipeline of excellent quality new homes.
