Included in the balance sheet are financial commitments of £170,155 (2023 - £166,567). These bank loans are secured by first legal charges over the respective investment properties.

For the financial year ending 31 March 2024 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
