Over the past year, Academy HQ has experienced Significant growth, Welcoming between 150-500 visitors per week, depending on the activities offered. We continue to support local residents across all stages of life by delivering a diverse and inclusive programme of health and wellbeing activities. We work closely with our regular instructor to offer a wide range of health focused classes that engage and inspire. Due to demand and positive outcomes several classes have expanded with additional sessions. Contributing not only to community wellbeing but also supporting the growth of small local businesses. One standout initiative is our HAF which attract up to 30 children daily. With access to fun, educational activities and a free meal each day. Our winter warmer programme has significantly increased footfall and visibility at the hub. Offering free wellbeing activities such as Tai Chi, Seated fitness, crochet and Yang Sheng wellness all aided at improving physical and mental wellbeing during the colder months.
