Turnover is measured at the fair value of the consideration received or receivable, excluding discounts, rebates, value added tax and other sales taxes. Turnover from the sale of goods is recognised when goods have been delivered to customers such that risks and rewards of ownership have transferred to them. The stage of completion of a contract is measured by comparing the costs incurred for work performed to date to the total estimated contract costs.

Explanation of Non-Recurring Event Impacting Earnings
The Hawks Nest bar/restaurant was closed for the period 01.04.23 - 31.08.23 for the construction of a retractable roof over the exterior area of the venue, this was the reason for the decline in turnover during the period and the previous period and also for the loss which was recorded during this financial year. Following completion of construction, a new 25 year lease was signed for the property and upon reopening the business recorded a site EBITDA of £57,745 for the period 01.09.23 - 31.03.24
