Skillz Within CIC’s activities have positively impacted the community during the financial year: Providing Hot Meals – Skillz Within CIC has supported young people from low-income families, the homeless, and other individuals in need by offering hot, nutritious meals. This initiative has helped reduce food insecurity and ensure that vulnerable members of the community have access to essential nourishment. Supporting Cancer Research – Through fundraising efforts, Skillz Within CIC has contributed to cancer research, helping to advance medical treatments and support those affected by the disease. These funds aid in vital research initiatives and provide hope for those battling cancer. Affordable Services – By offering low-cost services, the organisation has made essential resources and support more accessible to those who may not be able to afford them otherwise. This approach fosters inclusivity and ensures that financial constraints do not prevent individuals from benefiting from Skillz Within CIC’s programs. Through these efforts, Skillz Within CIC has played a vital role in supporting the well-being of disadvantaged individuals, promoting community welfare, and contributing to important causes.
The organisation have gathered feedback from the individuals and families benefiting from the hot meal services, low-cost programs, and other support initiatives.
The total amount paid or receivable by directors in respect of qualifying services was £9600. There were no other transactions or arrangements in connection with the remuneration of directors, or compensation for director’s loss of office, which require to be disclosed.
