Accounting basis and standards
The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with FRS 105 The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime.

Financial commitments, guarantees and contingencies
The loans are secured creditors and amounted to £911,034 (2022: £911,034). The company has entered into a debenture and granted a legal charge, dated 21 February 2020, in favour of Romaco SPV6 Limited. A legal mortgage is in place over the company's leasehold property, together with fixed and floating charges over the company's assets and a negative pledge. The company has entered into a debenture and granted a legal charge, dated 4 September 2018, in favour of Together Commercial Finance Limited. A legal mortgage is in place over the company's leasehold property, together with fixed and floating charges over the company's assets and a negative pledge. The company has entered into debentures, dated 13 November 2017 and 18 December 2017, in favour of LGA Developments Limited. A legal mortgage is in place over the company's leasehold property, together with fixed and floating charges over the company's assets and a negative pledge.
