The company was created in March 2022 and has since provided skilled workshops to members of the local community who are under represented and/or suffering socio-economic challenges, to allow them the opportunity to re-train in a different skill going forward.
The company's stakeholders are participants of the skilled workshops provided in the surrounding area. The directors of the company have lived in the community affected for a number of years and developed the business model for the sustainable operation of the workshops. We ask everyone who engages with the programmes offered to complete feedback. This has helped the directors to build up a profile of local community needs and what we can do to meet them more effectively.
The Non-Exec directors do not take a salary or extract funds from the CIC.
