This year the company continued to organise 3 distinct community events within the Umbraco Foundation umbrella, and explored new event formats with the free "AI Community Day" event. "CodeCabin" was a weekend retreat for coding and technical discussions, with a hand-picked group of attendees, that took place from September 20th to 23rd 2024. The "Umbraco UK Festival" technology conference took place on November 7th & 8th 2024 in London – attracting 180 attendees. Additionally a new "AI Community Day" technology conference was hosted within the same venue for 50 attendees. The "Umbraco Spark" technology conference returned to Bristol on March 7th 2025 with 160 attendees. All of the events brought together the community around the UK and from across the world; they were operated at cost, and a particular focus was made to ensure the environmental impact of the events was minimal (through reduction of plastics, using local suppliers).
