Balance sheet continued

As at 31 March 2025

For the year ending 31 March 2025 the company was entitled to exemption under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.

The members have agreed to the preparation of abridged accounts for this accounting period in accordance with Section 444(2A).

These accounts have been prepared and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

• 1. Accounting policies

  Basis of measurement and preparation

  These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Section 1A (Small Entities) of Financial Reporting Standard 102

  Turnover policy

  The company has no income or expenditure in its own right, all transactions in the year relate to relate to the maintenance of thecommon parts of the property in accordance with the lease. Income and expenditure arising from these transactions is shown in a separate service charge account for the property that do not form part of the annual accounts of the company and are not filed at Companies House. All service charge monies received from the leaseholders of 47 Dalberg Road SW2 1AJ are held on behalf of the leaseholders.

  Other accounting policies

  Reserved funds on behalf of tenants Any cash balances arising from tenants' service charges are held by the company of the tenants ofthe property. In preparing these financial statement, the monies received and due are recorded as an asset of the company as the company has the ability to deploy service charge funds in its capacity of managing the property on behalf of the tenants. Therefore, the company has day to day control of any such balances, and is exposed to the risk and rewards with the underlying transactions, despite legal ownership of the balances being with the tenants.
