The directors have loaned from the company £5,836.18 at the year end date. This loan is interest free and repayable within 9 months of the year end.
For the year ending 31 December 2024 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
Directors responsiblities:
