The directors are satisfied that the company is entitled to exemption from the requirement to obtain an audit under section 480 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to dormant companies.
Members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Act.
The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
The accounts have been prepared and delivered in accordance with the special provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime. A profit and loss account has not been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.

1 Accounting policies
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention.
The company owns the freehold of Blocks C and D, Beechwoods Court, Crystal Palace Parade, London SE19 1UH, which is considered to be an investment property. This freehold has not been valued. The Financial Reporting Standard requires such properties to be valued and stated in the accounts at open market valuation, and that a revaluation reserve be created equivalent to that valuation. It is not possible to quantify in the accounts the effect of this departure from standard practice.

In the opinion of the directors there is no one controlling party.
