The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention. |

The company owns the freehold of Blocks C and D, Beechwoods Court, Crystal Palace Parade, London SE19 1UH, which is considered to be an investment property. This freehold has not been valued. The Financial Reporting Standard requires such properties to be valued and stated in the accounts at open market valuation, and that a revaluation reserve be created equivalent to that valuation. It is not possible to quantify in the accounts the effect of this departure from standard practice. |
