Balance sheet statements

For the year ending 31 March 2025 the company was entitled to exemption under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.

The members have agreed to the preparation of abridged accounts for this accounting period in accordance with Section 444(2A).

These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

The directors have chosen to not file a copy of the company’s profit & loss account.

3. Fixed investments

Investments comprise properties initially recognised at cost which includes stamp duties and registry costs. Subsequent recognition is at fair value at each reporting date. Investment residential property of GBP214,390 (2024: GBP211,375) is encumbered by a mortgage in favour of Shawbrook Bank Limited of GBP156,017 (2024: GBP156,017) and Investment residential property of GBP173,667 (2024: GBP159,995) by a mortgage in favour of Shawbrook Bank Limited of GBP113,492 (2024: GBP Nil).

4. Current investments

Current investments comprise shares in publicly quoted companies, valued at reporting date, end-of-day, trading price.

5. Creditors: amounts falling due after more than one year note

Creditor amounts falling due after one year are recorded at amortised cost. The following make up the balance at reporting date: Creditor of GBP 156,017 (2024: GBP 156,017) is in favour of Shaw brook Bank Limited and is secured on investment residential property, Apartment 71, No. 1 Thames Valley, Bracknell of value GBP214,390 (2024: 211,375). Creditor of GBP113,492 (2024: GBP Nil) is in favour of Shaw brook Bank Limited and is secured on investment residential property, Apartment 51, Parkview, Birmingham of value GBP173,667 (2024: 159,995). Creditor of GBP95,054 (2023: GBP69,310) comprises amounts due in respect of share application funds pending allotment in favour of S Alves Da Silva.
