We Are All Disabled is a Community Interest Company with the social aim to explore, challenge and change perceptions in order to normalise disability as part of the human experience and close the binary divide between disabled and non-disabled. WAAD works with businesses and organisations to create real, positive and lasting cultural transformation through person-centred training, which celebrates difference and promotes empathy and understanding. WAAD delivered numerous disability awareness workshops and presentations to a range of organisations across the corporate, public and charity sectors both in the north east and beyond, fostering a more affirmative and inclusive approach to disability and increasing employment opportunities for disabled people.
WAAD is committed to continuous review and development of its products and services in order to provide the most effective and impactful experience and outcomes for clients. Evaluation forms are provided to all workshop participants to gain feedback on individual sessions and regular debrief and review meetings are held with clients. As a small organisation, WAAD has the ability to be flexible and responsive to the needs of clients and takes a collaborative and innovative approach to the ongoing development of products and services.
