Basis of preparation
The financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006 and FRS 105 The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro- entities Regime.

The company is registered in England and its registered number is

. The company is a private company limited by shares. Its registered office is 52 Bryn Uchaf, Bryn, Llanelli, SA14 9UQ.

Charge on assets
The loans are secured creditors and amounted to £272,799 (2023: £272,799). The company has entered into several mortgage deeds and granted fixed charges as follows: 28 May 2021 in favour of Cumberland Building Society 23 September 2021 in favour of Paragon Bank Plc 18 November 2022 in favour of Keystone Property Finance Limited A legal mortgage is in place over the company's freehold property, together with a fixed charge over the company's ancillary assets.
For the year ending 31 October 2024 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
Directors responsiblities:

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its accounts for the year in question in accordance with section 476.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
