Principal activities of the company

The company's activities will provide benefit to designated charities, with the consent of the CIC Regulator, through fundraising and sponsorship to support the World's Toughest Row - Atlantic taking place in December 2024. Current stakeholders are the Royal National Lifeboat Institute, and corporate sponsors are listed on our website www.oarsofthunder.co.uk. E-mail exchanges and teams calls have taken place with sponsors who have provided cash and equipment to support the row. Political and charitable donations

Current stakeholders are the Royal National Lifeboat Institute, and corporate sponsors are listed on our website www.oarsofthunder.co.uk.     Basis of measurement and preparation

    These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Section 1A (Small Entities) of Financial Reporting Standard 102

    Tangible fixed assets depreciation policy

    Straight line depreciation over a useful economic life of 7 years has been applied with an expected market value for the ocean rowing boat asset of £49,500.
