Principal activities of the company

The Company is a Residents Property Management Association which has acquired the freehold property known as 51 Westcombe Park Road London SE3 7QZ. The Company is engaged in the management of the Property which in practical terms is managed and funded by the Directors, who are the lessees of the flats , personally . As a result ,the Company does not receive any income nor incur any expenses in relation to the management of the property.

For the year ending 31 July 2024 the company was entitled to exemption under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.

These accounts have been prepared and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

The directors have chosen not to file a copy of the company's profit and loss account.

    Basis of measurement and preparation

    These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Section 1A (Small Entities) of Financial Reporting Standard 102

    Tangible fixed assets depreciation policy

    No depreciation is provided in respect of the Freehold Investment Property.

    Valuation information and policy

    The Investment Property is included in the Balance Sheet at its open market value, as determined by the Directors of the Company.
