The Black Country Blokes C.I.C. supported men’s mental health and well-being across the Black Country during the financial year. We produced a weekly podcast discussing issues like anxiety, depression, fatherhood, addiction, and relationships. We also engaged with the community through social media and events to promote open conversations around mental health. All services were delivered by volunteers and provided free to the community.
The company’s stakeholders include listeners, local men’s mental health advocates, community members, and partner organisations. Stakeholders have been consulted through direct feedback via email, social media comments, in-person conversations at events, and informal community discussions. Based on feedback, we introduced new podcast topics such as grief, loneliness, and men’s physical health, and expanded outreach efforts through more consistent online engagement.
No remuneration was received
No transfer of assets other than for full consideration
