The Company is a community focused organisation, committed to elevating and providing opportunities for underrepresented and under served segment of the population. During the financial year 2024 - 2025 the company's activities has benefited community in the following ways: * Delivered a one-day virtual programme of panel talks and workshops with specialist in the fields of fashion, fashion communication, performance art, visual arts, design and PR for Middlesbrough College * Participate in a series of roundtable discussions with the Centre for Sustainable Fashion on the interplay of the power and impact of the Fashion Industry on Refugee policy, advocating for refugees and asylum seekers in the UK * Co-produced the International Africa Day celebration on 25th May in collaboration with Worldwide Afro Network and UNESCO * Advocating for the safeguarding, representation and access to opportunities of Black gay men. We partnered with Frances Lincoln Publishing & Gemma Rolls-Bentley for a very special book launch of her recently published, QUEER ART: from canvas to club and spaces between. We co-produced the in-conversation with celebrated Black gay artist, Ajamu X * Participated in the Bandung Africa panel discussion on the repatriation of indigenous people and stolen artifacts to the rightful owners and native land * Supported the Access Bank Polo fundraising event aimed at generating income to improve the lives of disadvantaged communities in Nigeria * Produced and curated the first ever fashion show presentation at the Kenya and Friends in the Park festival * Curated and produced 2 exhibitions at Westminster City Hall and Hogan Lovell respectively, aimed at galvanising collective action in influencing and shaping the narrative of Black people's history, experience and contributions in the UK. This was in honour of Black History Month * Event managed and produce Film Africa, Europe's largest and longest running film festival for people of African heritage * Curate and produced the Royal African Society's benefit gala and the CEO annual lecture with Professor Benedict Oramah, President and Chairman of Afreximbank * Hosted and chair Grassroots Art Studios' Lens to the Runway fashion event which aimed to provide visibility and network for fashion creatives in the Black and Brown communities in the UK * Chair Camden Council's Love Camden reflective discussion on 40 years of activism in Camden * Endorsed and participated in the campaign organised by Sustainable Fashion Week for greater ethics and sustainability in the Fashion Industry
