Balance sheet statements

For the year ending 31 July 2024 the company was entitled to exemption under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

  • 1. Accounting policies

    Basis of measurement and preparation

    These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Section 1A (Small Entities) of Financial Reporting Standard 102

    Other accounting policies

    These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with applicable United Kingdom Accounting Standards, including Financial Reporting Standard 102 – ‘The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland’ (‘FRS 102’), and with the Companies Act 2006. The financial statements have been prepared on the historical cost basis except for modification to fair value basis for certain financial instruments as specified in the accounting policies below. The financial statements reflect the early adoption of FRS 102 paragraph 29.14A. The company has taken advantage of the exemption in FRS102 7.1B to not present a statement of cash flows. After reviewing the company’s forecasts and projections, the Directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. The company therefore continues to adopt the going concern basis in preparing its financial statements. The company was dormant throughout the period and received no income nor incurred any expenditure. Current tax is recognised for the amount of income tax payable in respect of the taxable current or past reporting periods using the tax rates and laws that have been enacted or substantively enacted by the reporting date. No current tax is recognised as the company was dormant throughout the period.
