We delivered 616 sessions and 27 inspirational experiences reaching 575 young people directly, resulting in 104 young people developing, 60 young people growing and 15 young people making a key advancement towards reaching their potential. Additionally, we engaged 1,772 members of the general public and thousands more through social media.
A crucial element of our work involves collaborating with participants to strategically reflect on our provisions, and contribute towards improving the way we work. We have embedded feedback requests from children and young people, staff, partners, and parents, and take the time to reflect on their ideas, thoughts, and opinions with them. All feedback was taken on-board, and those suggestions regarding ways we can improve are brought to senior staff to discuss at our regular meetings. Once discussed, actions were identified and, if necessary, implementation of improvements commenced, while keeping the stakeholders informed and involved.
