The company runs a service that raises awareness of social barriers black youth face in education and employability. The company registered in July 2020. During the financial year 2022-2023, the company has supported personal development trips with black youth aged 21 to 27 via the Turing Scheme and Lion Heart in the Community (LiTC). The trips were theme led and three weeks long, each week had a different focus: programmes, cultural heritage and personal development. Young people have gained mentors in aspired field and/or received personal development coaching from a life coach Young people have co-created projects and fundraising activities with the communities they work with Young people have been given opportunities to develop teamwork skills, monitoring and evaluation and communications experience through project planning and implementation. Young people have applied their educational background/ studies and personal interests in a different cultural setting Some young people have learned more about their heritage and felt enriched by new cultural experiences
