Company activities and impact

Baby Bump Fitness: 2024 Impact Report Baby Bump Fitness (BBF) continues to provide affordable physical, mental, and pelvic health support for new mothers within their local communities. Our Impact in 2024: - Delivered 8 free sessions per week across Cheshire, Merseyside & Greater Manchester for new parents to access. - Introduced 2 indoor Rehab4Mums sessions per week, expanding our postnatal rehabilitation support. - Over 600 women accessed our services, receiving both physical and mental health support. - 87% of participants said they wouldn’t have attended if there had been a cost, as it wouldn’t have been affordable for them. - 100% of participants reported an improved knowledge and understanding of postnatal exercise after attending our sessions. - Delivered a dedicated maternal mental health support programme both online and in person. - 250+ new mums participated in our mental health support sessions. - 94% of participants reported an improvement in their mental health after attending four sessions. - Increased the percentage of positive impacts for women, strengthening our mission to support maternal well-being. Through our expanding services, BBF remains committed to making postnatal health and wellness accessible, ensuring no new mother feels unsupported.
