1. General Information
Belting Brands Ltd is a private company limited by shares, and is incorporated in England & Wales (registered number 14078777 ) Its registered office is located at 62 The Street, Ashtead, Surrey, KT21 1AT 
The principal activity of the company continued to be that of retail sales via mail order houses or via the Internet.
2. Average Number of Employees
Average number of employees, including directors, during the year was: 2 (2023: 1)

3. Going Concern
The director intends to provide financial support to the company if and when it is needed, so that it can meet its financial obligations as they fall due and continue in operational existance for the foreseeable future.  The going concern basis is therefore considered to be appropriate in the preparation of these financial statements. 
For the year ending 30 April 2024 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
The member has not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The director acknowledges his responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
