59 Primary Care Networks across England current use our product and receive our support. The cost subsidised product provided to PCNs during this period was: Primary Care Network (PCN) Website – Allowing PCNs to promote services at a network level, including preventive health information for the public in the form of self-help guides and health information videos thereby reducing demand on general practice and facilitating collaboration with a secure staff section, shared area and joint working tools. It is through the improved collaboration of practices within PCNs that real economies of scale can be seen, resulting in services reaching a higher percentage of the population, over time, then improving the health of the population. This is particularly important if we want to see an increase in healthy life expectancy and reducing health inequalities. We have been rolling out our updated product which takes account of new NHS guidance on NHS web platforms. Our new Primary Care Network (PCN) Website includes a Community Directory supporting PCNs to be able to signpost to service provision available in their area as well as dedicated pages, highlights prompting patients to take advantage of the technology available to patients such as the NHS App. Our website can be viewed at https://help2change.gpweb.org.uk/
The company’s stakeholders are identified as PCN Clinical Directors, GP’s, PCN Managers, ICSs and members of the public looking to access preventative health care information. We engage with our Primary Care stakeholders through interactions on our social media platforms. No formal consultation with our stakeholders has taken place during the period 01.09.23 to 31.08.24 in the sense of sending out questionnaires etc. We ask for regular feedback from the PCNs we are supporting and where suggestions are made for improvement of our product, this is developed and added to our standard GP Web template which can benefit all other PCNs we work with. All feedback we had previously gathered helped inform the design of our new product.
Our Director Gemma Griffiths was paid £13,500.52 during the period for her position as Chief Officer of Help2Change CIC. Our Director Dr Kevin Lewis was paid £8,255.56 during the period for his position as Chair of the CIC and refunded £1,098.84 for domain name registrations paid on behalf of the company. No other director remuneration was received.
No transfer of assets other than for full consideration
