The directors present their report and the unaudited financial statements of the company for the year ended 31 December 2024.
The company has been dormant as defined in section 1169 of the Companies Act 2006 throughout the year and preceding financial year. It is anticipated that the company will remain dormant for the foreseeable future.
Incorporation
On incorporation the titles of the Freehold Properties and land were transferred from Reigate Heath Golf Club. The lease of the golf course was also transferred to this company. All day to day operating costs are the responsibility of Reigate Heath Golf Club Limited.

The company did not trade during the current year or prior year and has not made either a profit or loss.
For the year ending 31 December 2024 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 480 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to dormant companies.
Directors responsibilities:

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the year in question in accordance with section 476;

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements.

General information
The company is a private company limited by guarantee, registered in England. The address of the registered office is The Clubhouse, Flanchford Road, Reigate, Surrey, RH2 8QR.

Statement of compliance
These financial statements have been prepared in compliance with the provisions of FRS 102, Section 1A, 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland'.

Accounting policies
Basis of preparation
The financial statements have been prepared in accordance with FRS 102, the Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland.The financial statements would have been prepared on the historical cost basis but the Company has remained dormant throughout the period. Sterling is the functional currency of the entity.
Income statement policy
The company is dormant as defined by section 1169 of the Companies Act 2006. The company received no income and incurred no expenditure during the current year or prior year and therefore no income statement is presented within these financial statements. There have been no movements in equity during the current year or prior year.
Taxation
The Company is dormant so there is no liability to any Corporation tax.

Limited by guarantee
All Club members are members of this company and are also members of Reigate Heath Golf Club Limited. This Company is limited by guarantee and in the case of it being wound up each member would be subject to the Guarantee of £1.00
