The company left their premises in November 2023 due to ill health of a director and lack of trade. Various attempts have been made to sell the stock however, with the majority of it being obsolete and offers received to date have been well below cost, stock was also written down substantially last year. The company will continue trade for now, albeit, at a much reduced level.
For the financial year ending 31 July 2024 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
