During the 2023 - 2024 financial year, we rescued, rehabilitated and rehomed numerous dogs and cats, most of whom were sick, injured or at risk of euthanasia. We supported adoptions within the UK of animals of both Romanian and British origin. We arranged foster placements, funded essential veterinary care, and supported adoptive families. In addition, we supported the veterinary clinic we are clients of, in running educational campaigns on responsible pet ownership in the hopes of changing the younger generations view of stray animals particularly. We also ran small spay campaigns for stray animals, hoping to reduce the stray population long term. Reaching over 15,000 people via social media, and a few hundred more via our website, our work directly benefits the community by promoting animal welfare and reducing the number of strays and abandoned pets.
