Included under creditors over one year is an amount of £585,706 (2023- £583,206) relates to the balance of monies owed to the directors representing balance of monies invested in the company from their own and family reserves. The directors consider this amount as a long term investment and will not withdraw this until the company's finances are in a position to enable this to be done without impacting on the business. |

Included in rental income is an amount of £9,750 charged to Beekeeping Supplies LTD, a company under the control of the directors of Buzz Property LTD. Rental income is charged on arm's-length basis. |
