Within the financial year the company has developed its role as an educational media platform. The blackeducation.com website includes more educational resources including a directory with supplementary schools and tutoring services. The online encyclopaedia has continued to develop with editorial articles showcasing the work of writers and authors globally; and the educational topics expanded, to include wellness and mental health. The Black Education community has grown significantly with many daily visitors and followers. The website is fast becoming more and more helpful and beneficial to pupils, parents and schools as a free and 24/7 accessible resource.
The company stakeholders are the websites users; audience, readers and subscribers. We attend various events to market our services to our target audience demographic. We ask our users for feedback on how they find our services by filling out a short survey online and contact sheet. This feedback helps us to understand how we can better improve our services and identify what other services we can provide to help our community. Through feedback we have added a podcast directory, we have added various different books to our directory and have had educational articles written on topics that have been deemed important to our community.
