    Basis of measurement and preparation

    These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Section 1A (Small Entities) of Financial Reporting Standard 102

    Turnover policy

    Turnover is measured at the fair value of the consideration received or receivable, net of discounts and value added taxes. Turnover includes revenue earned from the sale of good and from the rendering of services. Turnover is reduced for estimated customer returns, rebates and similar allowances.

Company activities and impact

Trellis foundation will provided grants to social enterprises, cooperatives and charities. The community benefitted from grants and social investments that met a set of criteria designed to meet the objects of the organisation: -advance the education of the public in the subjects of economics, social innovation, cooperative and democratic ways of working, and sustainable development, including support for training, study and research; -promoting the protection and preservation of the environment; -to promote sustainable development and urban or rural regeneration.
