FWAG East CIC is the Farming & Wildlife Advisory Group serving the farming communities of Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire, Essex, Bedfordshire and Northamptonshire. Its aim is to support farmers and land managers in conserving farmland wildlife, restoring ecosystem services and protecting valuable farm resources such as soil, carbon and water. We do this through membership training events, farm walks and providing both one-to-one advice and peer-to-peer learning opportunities
The membership, which includes farmers and land managers, is consulted on the services the company provides and the topics of advice it covers. Both verbal feedback and feedback from surveys are taken on board and the types of events and training that are run reflect this. Partner organisations also give verbal feedback and this helps develop the portfolio of advisory services on offer and assists in serving our stakeholders' needs.
Directors remuneration of £27,700 has been charged in the accounts. There were no other transactions or arrangements in connection with the remuneration of directors, or compensation for director's loss of offce, which require to be disclosed.
No transfer of assets other than for full consideration
