The company is limited by guarantee and has no share capital.
Every member of the company undertakes to contribute to the assets of the company, in the event of the same being wound up while they are a member or within one year after they cease to be a member for the payment of debts and liabilities of the Association contracted before they cease to be a member and of the costs, charges and expenses of winding up and for adjustment of the rights of contributories among themselves such amount as may be required not exceeding £200 provided however that if the total nuber of members liable to contribute shall be less than twenty the limit of guarantee shall be the sum of £4,000 divided by the total number of such members.
For the year ending 31 July 2024 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 480 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to dormant companies.
The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
