Providing the community with specialist foodstuffs not easily available elsewhere including gluten free, vegan and sugar free alternatives. Stocking a wide range of organic goods for the health of the community and the planet. Providing refillable solutions to help our community reduce their single use plastic and packaging. Helping people find the right supplement to feel their best and providing opportunity for customers and visitors to discuss their health needs without feeling the pressure to purchase items. Providing space for local groups to meet for workshops relating to health and wellbeing, study space or simply a chat with a friend or mentor. These include weekly meditation sessions,workshops for writing, holistic health and care and local business networking meetings.
Regular meetings held between directors to discuss the ongoing needs of the business.
