Balance sheet statements

For the year ending 30 June 2024 the company was entitled to exemption under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

    Basis of measurement and preparation

    These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Section 1A (Small Entities) of Financial Reporting Standard 102

    Turnover policy

    Turnover represents net invoiced sales of goods and services, excluding value added tax.

    Tangible fixed assets depreciation policy

    Depreciation is provided at the following annual rates in order to write off each asset over its estimated useful life. Office Equipment 20% on the reducing balance method

    Intangible fixed assets amortisation policy

    Amortization is provided on all intangible assets over 6 years

Company activities and impact

We have put on a few workshops to teach and inspire members of the community . The sessions are for all levels of leaning and encourage peer to peer support, active community participation and social integration for the community. Although this is just our first year we are looking to expand our art and crafts activities with the aim to bring about opportunities for employment, local connections and various organisation as well as enhancing well being . We are especially catering for families with children so that parents/guardians will be able to attend workshops and events without the obstacles of childcare
