Balance sheet statements

For the year ending 30 April 2024 the company was entitled to exemption under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.

The members have agreed to the preparation of abridged accounts for this accounting period in accordance with Section 444(2A).

These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

The directors have chosen to not file a copy of the company’s profit & loss account.

4. Fixed investments

The company owns a freehold investment property which is let to third party tenants. The directors believe that the current market value is unchanged from the purchase price.

Included in other creditors falling due within one year are loans owed by the company to the directors: the company owed £9,552 (2023 £51,461) to Mr E Arkali and £3,117 (2023 £3,076) to Mr M Gauci. These loans are repayable on demand and bear no charge to interest. At the balance sheet date the company owed £30,000 to Mr E Arkali which is also interest free and is not repayable within less than one year of the balance sheet date.
