  • 1. Accounting policies

    Basis of measurement and preparation

    These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Section 1A (Small Entities) of Financial Reporting Standard 102

    Turnover policy

    Turnover is measured at the fair value of the consideration received or receivable, net of discounts and value added taxes. Turnover includes revenue earned from the sale of goods and from the rendering of services. Turnover from the sale of goods is recognised when the significant risks and rewards of ownership of the goods have transferred to the buyer. Turnover from the rendering of services is recognised by reference to the stage of completion of the contract. The stage of completion of a contract is measured by comparing the costs incurred for work performed to date to the total estimated contract costs.

Company activities and impact

Promoting the culture and values of the Punjab in and around Milton Keynes. Doing the charity work by providing food and other required items at Willen hospice and few primary schools. Initiating women’s and children sports club in MK. Supporting local business to promote there business during the cultural events by way of distributing business information handouts or by setting stalls . Started Cricket classes and practices for women’s and girls in Milton Keynes.

Consultation with stakeholders

Plans to reach out to wider community areas and other towns in UK. Plans to promote new local business though community communication and groups. Plans to start online or face to face classes for Children to promote Indian regional language.
