Director's Report For the Year Ended 2024 The Directors present their report together with the audited financial statements of Spence Property Investments Management for the financial year ended 2024. 1. Principal Activities The principal activity of the Company during the year was dormant. There were was no business concluded during this period. 2. Business Review The Director would like to report that the Company has been dormant and no business has been concluded 3. Future Developments The Company aims to purchase its first rental property within 2025 with further expansion in 2026. 4. Dividends The Director has taken no dividends from the company 5. Directors and Their Interests The Directors who served during the year and up to the date of this report were: Shaun Spence 6. Going Concern The Directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. For this reason, the financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. 7. Financial Risk Management The Company’s exposure to financial risk is zero due to the inactivity of the company. 8. Post-Balance Sheet Events No significant events 9.
