The company's activities has provided and benefited Great Yarmouth and its surrounding areas. A training centre with the community at its heart it is an alternative learning provision committed to improving the lives of young adults who have yet to find their way in life. We specialise in social behavioural and emotional education, providing learning support and guidance. We focus on the education of young people dis-engaged from mainstream education for whatever reason. Our learners gain life skills and independence in order to return or progress. The curriculum is designed around each individual learner, not only to gain a qualification but also develop their confidence and enrich their lives. Horizon also provide a wide range of short courses for anyone seeking to develop themselves and help them into employment, We also work closely with local businesses to arrange work experience placements.
