We offer the local community health and wellbeing provision for peoples physical and mental wellbeing. We run fitness classes for all walks of life, the sessions have attracted over 100 people over the past 3 years and has helped so many overcome challenges, reach goals/achievements. We currently have male, female, younger, older, and some less able participants to which we offer various choice of provisions. We have set up recreational football sessions for ladies that have never, or don’t play football. From these we now have several teams entering into leagues and tournaments under the ‘warriors’ banner. We have a real passion for inclusivity and adapt all our provision to reach every need. We want to continue growing this community of Happy, Healthy people with positive impacts on the local community, bringing people together to positively impact both physical and mental wellbeing.
All directors and PSC have meetings every 3 months to update and discuss the everyday running of the company. Vote on decisions and members of the company, external delivery members.
