Vision Supported Housing CIC has supported 20 individuals who presented to our project as at risk of homelessness or having actually experienced homelessness and in need of support to sustain a tenancy and achieve independence. We provided quality affordable supported housing with enhanced management services and delivered personalised support plans to meet the individual needs of our service users to make positive changes within their lives and empower them to reach their goals; with the ultimate goal being to help people manage their accommodation successfully and assist them with reintegration into independent living and the wider community.
We ask our service users for regular feedback through our one-to-one sessions, a suggestion box is freely available and the option to partake in an exit survey when individuals leave the project. Furthermore, we have been part of the local authority SHIP program and our service users have been able to provide feedback to the local authority, who in turn have collated and reported their findings back to us.
