Basis of preparing the financial statements |

Turnover is measured at the fair value of the consideration received or receivable, excluding discounts, rebates, value added tax and other sales taxes. |

8. | RELATED PARTY DISCLOSURES |
During the period, Mr and Mrs Russ (Directors) provided the company with interest free loans. At the year end, the amount due from the company to the directors was £99,573 (2023: £93,576). |
Also during the period, Mr and Mrs Russ received dividends from the company in accordance with their shareholding of £1,000 (2023: £2,000). |
