Going Concern
The director has considered it satisfactory to prepare accounts on a going concern basis, notwithstanding the fact the Balance Sheet is in a net liability position of £15,240 as at 31 December 2024.
TJF Property Ltd is a private company limited by shares incorporated in Northern Ireland. The registered office is 4 The Granary, Waringstown, Craigavon, Armagh, Northern Ireland, BT66 7TG.
For the period ended 31 December 2024 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements.
The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the period in question in accordance with section 476.
