COMMUNITY INTEREST ANNUAL REPORT

JUST POWER FOR COMMUNITIES CIC

Company Number: 07796957 (England and Wales)

Year Ending: 31 October 2024

Company activities and impact

The company previously owned two solar panel arrays which are installed on the roofs of two community centres in the SouthWest of England. The panels generated electricity which was used by these organisations for free as well as feed in tariffs. This subsidy helped to provide cost savings to these organisations which are both not-for profit organisations providing vital community services. It was agreed by the directors that these objectives were best served by selling the arrays at market value to these organisations.

Consultation with stakeholders

There is regular consultation with both of the community organisations where the arrays are placed, as well as the shareholders: Locality, Key Fund Yorkshire and Wolseley Trust.

Directors' remuneration

No remuneration was received

Transfer of assets

No transfer of assets other than for full consideration
