Sian Computers CIC is a community-based IT company located in Wolverhampton, WV10 8EB. We are a recognized training provider, delivering training programs in the following areas: IT Practical and Business Administration Technology Resilience Pre-Apprenticeship Program Black Country Connected Program We hold contracts supporting the Home Office in delivering the Windrush Compensation Scheme, the NHS Black Country ICB's Black Country Connected Program, and we deliver digital training for Wolverhampton Council. We are funded by the National Lottery, the European Social Fund, and a wider range of funding bodies. Our training provision supports Young People Not in Education, Employment, or Training (NEET), Young People (ages 16-24), Older People (50+), BAME Communities, ex-Armed Forces, ex-Offenders, and all hard-to-reach clientele.
The company's stakeholders are residents who live locally, volunteers in the organisation or Board Members. We hold regular stakeholders' meetings and shape our service delivery intentionally around the feedback.
