Wellbeing Warriors: a safe space for children aged 7-13 in Keyham, Plymouth, to come and make friends, have fun, and explore wellbeing using yoga, mindfulness, and other activities like crafts, games, and nature. Trauma Informed Keyham Group: facilitation and coordination of a monthly workshop space for those supporting community trauma recovery in Keyham following the tragic shootings in August 2021. The Village Hub’s Culture Club: monthly safe space to get together to share food, culture, have fun and meet new friends in Stoke Village, Plymouth. A different theme each month and work with the changing seasons. Community Photographic Census: started Oct 2023 - Aug 2024. We’re creating an archive of pictures & words about people who live or work in Stoke, Morice Town and Ford, to be looked back on for years to come. We created an exhibition of the photographs in Stoke Village in September 2024, and a special newspaper with all the photos shared with everyone who took part. Young Women’s Group: developing and delivering a weekly, trauma informed, safe space for young women accessing Harbour Drug & Alcohol Services Young People’s provision: SHARP. We offer a space for young women to create connections and feel a sense of belonging. Yoga Warriors: weekly children’s yoga class – children learn tools & techniques that help support their physical and emotional health. Adult Yoga Class: weekly yoga class for adults in Keyham, Plymouth – providing space for adults to come together and learn supportive yoga practices. BUD Club: bi-weekly delivery of family yoga sessions within a local, city-wide club for children and families affected with mental health – providing fun family friendly yoga sessions to children experiencing mental health problems and their families Trauma Informed Practice Training Delivery: Level 3 Safeguarding Children Training for Plymouth Safeguarding Partnership and other bespoke Trauma Informed Training Courses on behalf of Trauma Informed Network Plymouth.
