The members pay an annual levy to: a. contribute to the maintenance of the Company's property b. provide funds for the defence of covenants, and c. acquire ownership of the freehold of roads known as Bridle Lane and Wagon Way ("the Estate"). The above levies are credited to the profit and loss account and any expenditure is debited to this account. The income and expenditure all relates to continuing activities. |
