Reset WSM CIC has operated as an alternative learning provision for the children and young people who are not currently accessing a full time education due to their significant needs and social, emotional, mental health. We help them to develop their strategies to manage their emotions and build positive well being. This enables them to access learning and transition back into a school placement.
Reset WSM works with children and young people aged 4-16 and their families. We planned open targeted support sessions to consult parents and children about what they wanted. We use this feedback in our planning. For our HAF programmes we ask that children and young people as well as parent/carers who attended complete an evaluation form. We use this feedback to inform the plans for the next HAF.
The directors are paid a salary for the work they do. There were no other transactions or arrangements in connections with renumeration of directors, or compensation for directors's loss of office, which require to be disclosed.
No transfer of assets other than for full consideration
