Report to the directors on the preparation of the unaudited statutory accounts of Central Park (Birmingham) Management Company (No.3) Limited for the year ended 31 March 2025
To assist you to fulfil your duties under the Companies Act 2006, I have prepared for your approval the accounts of Central Park (Birmingham) Management Company (No.3) Limited which comprise the Income and Expenditure Account, the Balance Sheet and the related notes, from the company’s accounting records and from information and explanations you have given us.

1. General Information
Central Park (Birmingham) Management Company (No.3) Limited is a private company, limited by guarantee, incorporated in England & Wales, registered number 04641538 . The registered office is 1323 Stratford Road, Hall Green, Birmingham, West Midlands, B28 9HH.
The financial statements are presented in sterling (£) which is the functional currency of the company and rounded to the nearest £.
The company has no income or expenditure in its own right. All transactions in the year relate to the maintenance of the common parts of the property in accordance with the lease. Income and expenditure arising from these transactions is shown in separate service charge accounts for the property that do not form part of the annual accounts of the company and are not filed at Companies House. Service charges collected are held on trust for the purpose of meeting the relevant costs in relation to the property in accordance with the provisions of section 42 of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1987.

3. Company limited by guarantee
The company is limited by guarantee and has no share capital.
Every member of the company undertakes to contribute to the assets of the company, in the event of a winding up, such an amount as may be required not exceeding £1.
For the year ending 31 March 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
