The company works towards supporting individuals and companies to benefit Ethnic minority communities and address racial injustices in society by delivering leadership skill training and providing opportunities to for people experience using their skills to help organisations and charities that work on the issue of racial justice. During the financial year 2023 – 2024 we have benefitted to community in the following ways. - Provided two leadership training sessions for a cohort of 30 Black professionals working towards getting into politics. We supported them to assess their leadership style and to learn about leading with authenticity and compassion. - We also delivered similar workshops with a Multicultural employee resource groups at Just Eat takeaway discussing authentic leadership and using your skills to give back to your community. We worked with 19 people from this group. - We also worked with a recruitment company AMS supporting members of their Ethnic minority leadership programme to develop a deeper sense of self awareness and their own leadership styles. We were join by 20 people from this group - We continued our sending out our newsletter to 130 people with tips of ways they can make a difference in their community
We consider our stakeholders to be professionals and companies who have an interest in empowering Black and other ethnic minority groups and challenging racial injustice. We ask attendee of our workshops to complete questionnaires after each one of our sessions. This has helped us to get an understanding of the strength of our training and understand if anyone we are able to support have felt empowered or more knowledgeable about helping address racial injustice. We also connect with our community on Instagram with just over 102 followers at the time.
The aggregate amount of emoluments paid to or receivable by directors in respect of qualifying services was £1,750. There were no other transactions or arrangements in connection with the remuneration of directors, or compensation for director’s loss of office, which require to be disclosed
