The company is responsible for the management of the common parts of properties at Abbey Gardens
Woolhampton Berkshire and collects service charges from residents in order to fund expenditure on the
management of the common parts. These service charges are held in trust for the residents as required by the
Landlord and Tenants Acts 1987. Transactions relating to the management of the common parts are reported
separately to the residents and are excluded from the company's financial statements.
