Toolbox Drama has continued to offer performing arts classes, events and performances for the benefit of learning disabled adults in York and the surrounding areas. This year, Toolbox Drama has invested more resources into the development of sensory events, open to the general public and designed with neurodiverse audiences in mind. These events have been created in consultation with neurodiverse adults, in order to ensure the series of events meet audience needs and interests. This year Toolbox Drama has also extended services into Selby town and it's surrounding villages, bringing a more diverse range of activities into the area. These activities are for adults with additional needs and their support networks.
Our stakeholders are our participants and their network of supporters, such as support workers, PA's, house / service managers and family members. We have a robust consultation process, which includes community consultation through live discussion groups, virtual questionnaires and a virtual Members Hub. Consultation activities are embedded into our social lunch hubs, performances and events to engage participants in impactful conversations about our services. This consultation feeds into our session delivery, events and holiday programmes, to ensure we are meeting our community needs.
The total amount paid or receivable by directors in respect of qualifying services was £12979.61 There were no other transactions or arrangements in connection with the remuneration of directors, or compensation for director’s loss of office, which require to be disclosed.
