| The company's principal activity is the administration of the variable service charges as agents of the statutory trust for the residents of Harley Court, Harley Place, Clifton Down, Bristol, of which the company owns the freehold. 999 year leases of individual flats and car ports were granted in 1964. |
| The company has no income in its own right, all transactions in the year being related to the maintenance of the common parts in accordance with the lease. Income and expenditure arising from these transactions is shown in separate service charge accounts for the property that do not form part of the annual accounts of the company and are not filed at Companies House. |
| The company contracts with third parties in its own name for the supply of services to the property for the maintenance of the common parts in accordance with the terms of the leases. |

| 4. | PRIOR YEAR RESTATEMENT |
| All transactions in previous years relating to the maintenance and administration of the common part of the property in accordance with the terms of the lease have been removed from the accounts as they relate to service charge expenditure collected and held in trust for the purposes of meeting the relevant costs in relation to the property in accordance with the provisions of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1987. |
| The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for: |
| (a) | ensuring that the company keeps accounting records which comply with Sections 386 and 387 of the Companies Act 2006 and |
| (b) | preparing financial statements which give a true and fair view of the state of affairs of the company as at the end of each financial year and of its profit or loss for each financial year in accordance with the requirements of Sections 394 and 395 and which otherwise comply with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 relating to financial statements, so far as applicable to the company. |
