This report is made solely to the Board of Directors of Heatherfield Place Management Company Ltd, as a body. Our work has been undertaken solely to prepare for your approval the financial statements of Heatherfield Place Management Company Ltd and state those matters that we have agreed to state to the Board of Directors of Heatherfield Place Management Company Ltd, as a body. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not accept or assume responsibility to anyone other than Heatherfield Place Management Company Ltd and its Board of Directors as a body, for our work or for this report.

Heatherfield Place Management Company Ltd is a private company limited by shares incorporated in England and Wales. The registered office is Lynwood House, Crofton Road, Orpington, Kent, BR6 8QE.

For the year ended 30 September 2024 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The director acknowledges his responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the year in question in accordance with section 476.

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and in accordance with FRS 105 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime' and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

Accounting policies

Service charges
The company is responsible for the management of Heatherfield Place and collects service charges from the property owners in order to fund expenditure incurred in the management of the easte. These service charge funds are held in trust for the property owners. Transactions relating to the management of the property are reported separately to the property owners and are excluded from the company's financial statements.
