  • 1. Accounting policies

    Basis of measurement and preparation

    These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Section 1A (Small Entities) of Financial Reporting Standard 102

    Turnover policy

    Turnover represents agreed service charge contribution, excluding value added tax.

    Tangible fixed assets depreciation policy

    The company owns the freehold of 34 Dermody Road, which was purchased in 1974. The cost of this property was borne by the leaseholders and is therefore not shown on the balance sheet.

    Other accounting policies

    The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention.
