1. STATUTORY INFORMATION

3. CAPITAL COMMITMENTS

Capital expenditure budgeted for but not provided for in the accounts totalled £42,000 (2023: £35,000). The actual. This relates to the first phase of our Fire Project, the replacement of the fire alarm system in the Main House.

Expenditure in 2024 was £9,000 more than budgeted due to additional requirements to install the new Fire System, including further compliance work in the basement area. This was partly offset by a decreased spend on estate management based on an earlier change of plan.

The Commitment for 2025 of £30,000 includes a further phase of Project fire to meet the refurbishment and improvement of our required Fire containment facilities, so that we meet our insurance and legal requirements going forward.

The ongoing Review of our leisure facilities and basement area is again included with up to £8,000 being allocated to these smaller projects.

NOTES TO THE FINANCIAL STATEMENTS

4. ACCRUALS

Accruals provided for in the accounts totalled £6,095 ( 2023: £3,290).



The company is entitled to exemption from audit under Section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 for the year ended 31 December 2024.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2024 in accordance with Section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for:
(a)ensuring that the company keeps accounting records which comply with Sections 386 and 387 of the Companies Act 2006 and
(b)preparing financial statements which give a true and fair view of the state of affairs of the company as at the end of each financial year and of its profit or loss for each financial year in accordance with the requirements of Sections 394 and 395 and which otherwise comply with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 relating to financial statements, so far as applicable to the company.

The financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
