Moor Elite Project CIC was formally incorporated in September 2023. During this financial year, the company laid essential groundwork to support vulnerable young people aged 10 to 17 at risk of exclusion, offending or disengagement from education. Activities included strategic outreach to schools and residential homes across London, the creation of a behaviour-focused intervention model and development of free emotional regulation assemblies to be delivered from summer 2025 onward. The founder engaged directly with young people and professionals, attended council-led forums and networking events and produced bespoke youth-focused resources. Moor Elite’s presence online has grown, and a CIC website, social media platforms, and community engagement strategy are now in place. These actions have created early visibility, partnerships, and infrastructure for full delivery in the next financial year.
Stakeholders consulted included school safeguarding leads, youth service managers, and educational professionals across London boroughs. Moor Elite Project CIC engaged with stakeholders through emails, informal conversations at local events, and feedback gathered during taster outreach offers. This consultation shaped the delivery of our behavioural assemblies and highlighted the need for emotional regulation support and culturally safe spaces. As a result, Moor Elite prioritised free introductory sessions and a tiered intervention model to meet demand and ease access for vulnerable students.
