Roar Through Art CIC delivers creative, trauma-informed programmes to support mental wellness, especially among children, young people, and marginalised groups. Led by Toyin, activities are rooted in the Inner Peace Pathway and HEALING T.I.P.P.S. frameworks, empowering participants to 'Tell Without Talking' through arts; and storytelling. ROAR LOUD Project 12-week arts and mental wellness programme. Showcase at Billericay Theatre with 40+ attendees including local councillors. Participant outcomes: Bethel authored 'Taming the Tempest'; Chi performed music overcoming anxiety. Emotions on Canvas Workshops Non-verbal expression through art for emotional regulation. Delivered across Basildon with positive mental health outcomes. Coaching & Transformation Circles Trauma-informed coaching using somatic and attachment healing methods. Support tailored to individuals like Client 'S' for anxiety and self-regulation. Vibrant Voices (Young adults, Men and Women Mental Wellness Project) Safe space for men to express and share through creative circles. Youth Empowerment & School Engagement Mentored children beyond project delivery sessions. Planning Inner Peace Pathway rollout in London and Essex schools. Online Meditation Collaboration Delivered digital Inner Peace-aligned meditation session. Support, Evaluation & Innovation Custom evaluation tools developed to track outcomes.
Regular participant feedback gathered via forms and interviews. Youth input shaped content (e.g. Bethel and Chi’s creative direction). Creative Team Leads involved in iterative co-design. Engaged local councillors, some of whom pledged future funding. Showcase events provided a platform for community feedback. Lessons from mentorship gaps informed internal evaluation systems. Community voices are shaping the future HEALING T.I.P.P School.
