| Basis of preparing the financial statements |
| The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis as the directors are satisfied that the |
| company will have adequate resources to meet its liabilities to third parties as they fall due. |
| Significant judgements and estimates |
| The preparation of financial statements in accordance with the Companies Act 2006 and FRS102 requires from Management the exercise of judgement, to make estimates and assumptions that influence the application of accounting principles and the related amount of assets and liabilities income and expenses. The estimates and underlying assumptions are based on historical experience and various other factors that are deemed to be reasonable based on knowledge available at the time. Actual results may deviate from such estimates. |
| Revisions in accounting estimates are recognised in the period during with the estimate is revised, if the estimate affects only that period, or in the period of the revision and future periods. If the revision affects the present as well as future periods, the estimates and underlying assumptions are revised on a continuous basis. |
