| Basis of preparing the financial statements |
| Financial instruments |
| The company only enters into basic financial instruments that result in the recognition of the financial assets and liabilities such as trade and other debtors and creditors. These are measured at amortised cost and assessed at the end of each reporting period for objective evidence of impairment. If objective evidence of impairment is found, an impairment loss is recognised in the statement of income and retained earnings. |
| Going concern |
| The company continues to rely on the ongoing financial support of its directors in respect of their loan account to facilitate the continuation of its trading activities. The directors have agreed to only withdraw their loan account in small tranches as and when cashflow permits. The directors are therefore able to prepare the financial statements on the basis of the going concern concept. |
