The company successfully secured funding and initiated the delivery of a range of impactful projects across two key locations. In Saxilby, CIC supported a self-funded baby and toddler group, providing a vital space for early years engagement. In Lincoln, several community-focused initiatives were delivered, including general community projects funded by the Community Chest (Lincoln City Council), a food security project supported by the Evan Cornish Fund, and a Ukrainian integration project funded by the Community Foundation’s Ukrainian Integration Fund. These efforts reflect CIC’s ongoing commitment to local wellbeing and inclusive community. As a result, hundreds of individuals across both locations have benefited from increased access to support, connection, advice that improved their quality of life, mental health, reduced isolation, improved life chances for them and their families.
Jollifciation CIC actively engages with a wide range of stakeholders, including funders, partner organisations, community members/beneficiaries, local venues to ensure its work remains relevant and responsive – leading to huge success in engagement and demand for the services. Regular consultations take place through meetings and collaborative planning sessions. Consultation particularly with key funders such as Lincoln City Council, the Evan Cornish Fund, and the Community Foundation to ensure the conditions of the funding is understood and supported by robust governance and financial processes to ensure compliance. Jollifciation CIC also works occasionally with co-delivery partners like Saxilby Parish Council, EarthLincs CIC and GoGro CIC to design and implement joined-up services that address local needs. Feedback from stakeholders has directly influenced service delivery such as adjusting project scopes and timings to improve accessibility, increasing outreach efforts, and tailoring support to specific community groups. This ongoing dialogue ensures that Jollifciation CIC work is shaped by those it serves and those who support it, reinforcing transparency, effectiveness, and shared ownership across all projects.
