The company path4ballers runs projects such as workshops, external tournaments which has brought the community together to benefit young people/underprivileged footballers. some ways that this has happened. Local underprivileged footballers have been able to express themselves and participate in such tournaments enabling them to showcase their talent, where they have previously not had the opportunity to do so. Since the establishment of path4ballers we have had the opportunity of hosting two tournaments and participated in external competitions, furthermore we have given young people advice and guidance on training. These projects have also been designed to encourage awareness of current affairs that people might struggle to deal with in today's society. We have also partnered up with an organisation called future youth zone to be able to deliver these events to benefit them and give their young people a platform of opportunity.
The company's stakeholders are residents and young people in the community, the directors of the company have lived in the area all their lives and have developed the business model based on their experiences and challenges they have faced when younger. We have currently worked with 70 young people/ underprivileged footballers in the local community. We encourage our target audience to drop down any future ideas in a suggestion box at projects so that we can better improve our delivery in the future. during our projects we have also asked those to fill in a short questionnaire about their experiences around the targetted topics
