| Going concern |
| The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. Following an assessment of the relevant information, the Directors are satisfied that the Company has sufficient resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. The Partnership agreement states that operating expenses for the Company are to be met by the Management of the Partnership. |

| If the Management of the Partnership determines that the Partnership has net income available for distribution, they may agree to distribute such net income. The Company is entitled to 0.25% of the Partnership net income or share of loss. |
| The audited financial statements of the Partnership for the year ended 31 August 2024 show a net loss of £140,212 (2023: net profit of £14,476). The Company has accrued a loss of £351 (2023: profit of £36) in respect of its 0.25% share of the Partnership net, which it will offset against future distributions from the Partnership. |
