The director acknowledges his responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
The company has taken advantage of section 444(1) of the Companies Act 2006 and opted not to deliver to the registrar a copy of the company's Profit and Loss Account.

1. General Information

2. Accounting Policies
2.1. Basis of Preparation of Financial Statements
The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with Financial Reporting Standard 102 section 1A Small Entities "The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland" and the Companies Act 2006.

7. Related Party Transactions
As of the reporting date,  Training Agendas Limited has an outstanding loan balance of £14,530 due to Property Agendas Limited.  the loan is classified as current and was provided under terms agreed in accordance with the company's related party transaction policies.  The loan is unsecured and is interest free and is repayable on demand.  During the financial year, payments totalling £280,873 were made to Property Agendas Limited under this loan agreement and repayments received during the year amounts to £289,193 with a net movement of £8,320.
8. Exceptional Items
During the financial year, the compay has written off an intercompany blance of £27,250 due to the counterparty company ceasing to trade.  As the entity is no longer active and there is no reasonable expectation of recovering the outstanding balance, the full amount has been recognized as an exceptional expense inthe statement of profit and loss.  This adjustment reflects prudent accounting treatment and ensures the company's financial position accurately represents recoverable assets.
