To promote health and well-being within the community by engaging people in activities and informal education that will encourage positive changes to their lifestyles. We do this by providing affordable, community based health and fitness activities for people of all ages and levels of fitness. Targeting areas of deprivation, where people have growing health related conditions and less resources and opportunity's to help them make the correct decisions about their lifestyles to overcome this. People who have took part have become more active and been given the opportunity to access activity's and resources that they would not normally be able to do. This could be the catalyst for them to go an and lead a more healthier lifestyle. Delivering alternative education provision to vulnerable young people, 5 days per week, 39 weeks per year
Spoke with local schools who highlighted the need for alternative education provision in Sefton
