1. STATUTORY INFORMATION

S25i Ltd is a private company, limited by shares , registered in England and Wales. The company's registered number and registered office address can be found on the Company Information page.

The presentation currency of the financial statements is the Pound Sterling (£).


2. ACCOUNTING POLICIES

Basis of preparing the financial statements
These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with Financial Reporting Standard 102 "The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland" including the provisions of Section 1A "Small Entities" and the Companies Act 2006. The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention as modified by the revaluation of certain assets.

Turnover
Rental income represents the rents due for the year under operating leases all of which relate to properties in the United Kingdom.

Investment property
Investment property is shown at fair value at each reporting date with changes in fair value recognised in profit or loss.

Taxation
Taxation for the year comprises current and deferred tax. Tax is recognised in the Profit and Loss Account, except to the extent that it relates to items recognised in other comprehensive income or directly in equity.

Current or deferred taxation assets and liabilities are not discounted.

Current tax is recognised at the amount of tax payable using the tax rates and laws that have been enacted or substantively enacted by the balance sheet date.

Deferred tax
Deferred tax is recognised in respect of all timing differences that have originated but not reversed at the balance sheet date.

Timing differences arise from the inclusion of income and expenses in tax assessments in periods different from those in which they are recognised in financial statements. Deferred tax is measured using tax rates and laws that have been enacted or substantively enacted by the year end and that are expected to apply to the reversal of the timing difference.

Unrelieved tax losses and other deferred tax assets are recognised only to the extent that it is probable that they will be recovered against the reversal of deferred tax liabilities or other future taxable profits.

The average number of employees during the year was NIL (2023 - NIL).

The investment property was revalued on 30 September 2024 by the directors. The basis of this valuation was on an open market basis. The investment property has a current value of £1,670,000 (2023 - £1,451,189) and a carrying amount at historical cost of £1,464,041 (2023 - £1,264,109). The depreciation on this historical cost is £nil (2023 - £nil).

10. RELATED PARTY DISCLOSURES

Included within other creditors is an interest free loan from the directors amounting to £103,751 (2023 - £91,839).

During the year the directors charged interest to the company. The interest is calculated at 5%. Interest charged during the year was £5,000 (2023 - £4,726). At the balance sheet date interest bearing loans due to the directors totalled £100,000 (2023 - £100,000).

Also included with other creditors is an interest free loan from non-director shareholders amounting to £48,059 (2023 - £38,459).

During the year the shareholders charged interest to the company. The interest is calculated at 5%. Interest charged during the year was £5,000 (2023 - £4,726). At the balance sheet date interest bearing loans due to the shareholders totalled £100,000 (2023 - £100,000).
