During the financial year, The Angels School CIC had been dedicated to delivering accessible, values- based education to children, particularly those who are home-educated, in mainstream schooling, or lack access to formal education. Our flagship initiative, the Angels’ World School Project, offered free weekly educational content via YouTube, covering subjects such as Math, Science, English (aligned with the UK National Curriculum), Kung Fu/Chi, and Wellness. This program ran for 39 weeks in 2023, excluding UK school holidays, and was tailored for children at the foundation or UK Year 2 level. Our curriculum emphasised critical thinking, problem-solving, and holistic development, ensuring that children received a well-rounded education. By providing these resources freely online, we aimed to bridge educational gaps and support families seeking alternative or supplementary educational options. The initiative was made possible through funding from the Young Brent Foundation.
Our stakeholders include children, parents and carers, educators, community partners, and supporters who engage with our educational content. We maintain open communication channels through our website and mailing list, encouraging feedback and suggestions to enhance our offerings. This engage- ment ensures that our programs remain responsive to the needs of our community.
