In this accounting year, TheArenaUK CIC has provided digital resources and opportunities to an online community of over 7,000 emerging creatives, with the aim of demystifying creative careers and providing practical advice to get started in the industry. We spoke to students currently in education through universities to share advice and feedback on their work. We also held our first ever in-person speed mentoring event, which saw 15 emerging creatives benefit from an hour of back-to-back feedback sessions with industry professionals, as well as networking opportunities. Finally, our bi-annual mentoring programme successfully hosted a further two cohorts of mentees and mentors, supporting an additional 50 emerging creatives to kickstart their careers through the guidance and support of a mentor.
